The choice of this theme arose from the need to understand the communication management in small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of personal and business dynamics, business performance, the personal reputation, proactivity and business dynamics, learning organization and the motivation and personal leadership. We address in this way, the strategy and organizational change, motivation and individual and business needs with regard to capacity building, employee performance and motivation and continuous improvement of business success. The sample consisted of 388 small and medium enterprises in mainland Portugal. Thus, the assumption of having a probability sample, and considering two times the standard deviation confidence interval, i.e. 95.4%, have their maximum statistical error (P = 50%) of +/4, 95 pp We also sought to study the attitude of managers in the face of market orientation, the behaviors of the organization, attitudes and staff retention, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, commitment, involvement, reputation and business performance, the recommendation, business indicators and satisfaction in working in organizations. We note as well that the relevant aspects for the performance efficiency of employees we can see that the main factors lie in the positive attitude, self-analysis, self-motivation, goal setting, combined with the ability to generate action, comprising the other to be understood in the organization where it operates.

A comunicacao e um processo dinâmico, em permanente mutacao e evolucao, nao linear, intrinseca ao proprio homem, pois e a forma de exteriorizar, partilhar, comungar comportamentos, atitudes, sentimentos, ideias, opinioes, e, dessa forma, obter feedback dos receptores, e, assim, orientar novamente a comunicacao para a compreensao mutua, que e o principal objetivo da comunicacao. A partir dos anos 1990 entramos na era da individualizacao dos media, na qual cada pessoa pode participar na construcao de informacoes e pode ser um todo comunicativo. No entanto, as novas formas de comunicacao tem como suporte uma base tecnologica capaz de estabelecer de forma interactiva, participativa e rapida, fomentando a participacao e a interaccao de uns para com os outros, bem como o uso mais eficaz da participacao e intencao junto da comunidade. A comunicacao eletronica e digital e cada vez mais uma excelente forma de comunicar, ja que e eficiente em termos de velocidade de processamento, facilidade de utilizacao e ainda e extremamente economica, pois basta ter dois computadores ligados a Internet para comunicar da forma que achar mais conveniente. O objetivo deste trabalho consiste numa reflexao teorica e conceitual sobre o papel da comunicacao pessoal na dinâmica aprendente dos individuos enquanto elementos comunicantes que interagem com o todo comunicacional.

Todays citizens demand and expect more and better services by the public sector, so the answer must be quick and efficient in order to streamline processes, facilitate their access and provide high quality standards. This study focuses on the following question: Are there significant differences in background (image, expectations, perceived value and, with particular emphasis, the perceived quality,) and subsequent satisfaction (loyalty and complaints) of the citizens? To this end, we designed a framework for research based on the model and latent variables of ECSI, which adds items of SERVQUAL model, CMT and CAF. The method used was a quantitative and descriptive, the target of study, residents who use the services provided by local councils that make up the geographical division of the Association of Municipalities of Vale do Ave, NUTIII / Ave (Vieira do Minho, Povoa de Lanhoso, Fafe, Guimaraes, Vizela, Vila Nova de Famalicao, Cabeceiras de Basto and Mondim de Basto). The results show that all these factors have a positive and significant effect on overall satisfaction and the citizen that there are significant differences between the eight municipalities.
