BlogMiner: Web Blog Mining Application for Classification of Movie Reviews

With the increasing use of Web 2.0 platforms such as Web Blogs, discussion forums, Wikis, and various other types of social media, people began to share their experiences and opinions about products or services on the World Wide Web. Web Blogs have thus become an important source of information. In turn, great interest in blog mining has arisen, specifically due to its potential applications, such as in opinion or review search engine applications the ability to collect and analyze data. In this study, we introduce an architecture, implementation, and evaluation of a Web blog mining application, called the BlogMiner, which extracts and classifies people’s opinions and emotions (or sentiment) from the contents of weblogs about movie reviews.

Web 2.0 Based Intelligent Software Architecture for Photograph Sharing

With the development of Web 2.0 technologies, the sharing of photographs has increased. In this paper, the authors evaluate the art of photography, analyze how to develop intelligent photograph sharing system, and explaine the requirements of such systems. The authors present an architecture of an intelligent Web 2.0 based system and in future hope to add more modules for retention of users on the system. The system focuses on Web 2.0 usage, web mining for personalization service, and brings a different approach to collaborative filtering.

Security Analysis in Electronic Banking An Evaluation Model of Some Turkish Banks

In the 1990s internet banking starting up and costumers could made banking operations online and introductions of this first new services. Security is an eternal concern for organizations. Electronic banking brings their security problems, because of its remote accessing to their information to people. In this paper, it will be given results of the interview studies and researches, which is made with some front runner banks about their electronic banking security approaches. Reengineering the supply chain in the internet age: ABB Turkey Inc

This case aims to survey the effect on logistic and supply chain management of the internet age and current technologic opportunities and to report the benefits which the companies can gain after reengineering by electronic business. And, the supply chain management of ABB Turkey Inc. is examined and then the pros and cons of the existing system are analysed and finally necessary improvements are suggested at the end of paper. The simulation of the suggested system is executed and the results are compared with the existing system. In this paper, the present situation of the supply chain of ABB-Turkey is investigated and modelled by using Vensim Simulation Software This case study or this model can finally customise for the other companies, which needs web-based reengineering.

Cooperative Online Submission: Business Analysis and a Workflow Model

Online submission system allows articles to be submitted via the Internet. We have brought a new approach to optimize peer review process and have integrated it to online submission system. The main objective of online submission system project is to enable users to submit their manuscript, or carry out a review on an assigned manuscript, over the Internet and in a professional way. In this article online submission processes will be explained in detail first and then mentioned generally the main structure that includes different types of users such as readers, authors, editors, section editors, chief editor and reviewers. In this model will be basically operated individual control panels.
