Suction socket prosthesis for above-knee amputees.

Abstract To recapitulate, the tentative conclusions on the current experimental use of the suction socket above-knee prosthesis are as follows: 1. 1. The suction socket above-knee prosthesis is described and found to have been fitted to 211 veteran amputees. 2. 2. Complete failures represent 4.3 per cent of the patients. 3. 3.
