Adenocarcinoma in a sigmoid kidney

Abstract More than 30 cases of adenocarcinoma in a horseshoe kidney have been reported. We report an unusual case of adenocarcinoma in a sigmoid kidney. Although a preoperative arteriogram was not obtained, this should be an essential part of the evaluation and would aid in the surgical approach and technique.
