Bursa İli Karacabey İlçesinde Organik ve Konvansiyonel Şeftali Üretiminin Maliyetler Açısından Karşılaştırılması / The Comparision of The Costs of Organic And Conventional Peach Production in Karacabey District, Bursa Province

Bu calismanin amaci, Bursa ili Karacabey ilcesinde organik ve konvansiyonel olarak uretilen seftalinin maliyetler acisindan karsilastirmasini yapmaktir. Arastirmada, Bursa ili Karacabey ilcesinde bulunan organik seftali uretimi yapan 2 isletme tam sayim yontemine gore, konvansiyonel seftali uretimi yapan 2 isletme ise gayeli ornekleme yontemine gore belirlenmistir. Bu ureticilerden anket yontemiyle toplanan 2004 uretim donemine ait bilgiler analiz edilmistir. Arastirma sonuclarina gore, incelenen isletmelerde dekara seftali uretim masraflari organik isletmelerde 287,17 YTL, konvansiyonel isletmelerde 420,73 YTL, organik seftalinin birim maliyeti 1,59 YTL/kg, konvansiyonel seftalinin maliyeti ise 1,38 YTL/kg olarak bulunmustur.

Erzurum İli Tarım İşletmelerinde Buğday Üretim Maliyetinin Hesaplanması / Calculating Wheat Production Cost On The Farms In Erzurum Province

OZET:Bu arastirmada Erzurum ili tarim isletmelerinde yapilan bugday uretim faaliyetinde kullanilan fiziki uretim girdilerinin miktarlari ve birim uretim maliyetlerinin tespiti amaclanmistir.Arastirma yoresini temsil edecek sekilde toplam 16 koyden 160 isletme basit tesadufi ornekleme yontemi ile belirlenmis ve bu isletmelerde 2001-2002 uretim yilina iliskin bilgiler anket yolu ile temin edilmistir. Incelenen isletmeler ortalamasinda bugday uretiminin 12,85 saat isgucune, 5,71 saat traktor ceki gucune talebinin bulundugu ve 1 kg bugday maliyetinin 375 540 TL oldugu tespit edilmistir. Calculating Wheat Production Cost On The Farms In Erzurum Province SUMMARY: The aim of this research is to determine the physical input requirement and production cost for the production of wheat on the farms in Erzurum province. The data used in this research were collected from 160 farms through a survey that were determined by simple random sampling method from 16 villages in the year of 2001-2002. It was found that for the average farm per decar, 12,85 hours labor and 5,71 hours tractor power were needed and 1 kg of wheat production cost is 375 540 TL. Key Words: Wheat, Cost, Erzurum.

Türkiye’de Kırmızı Et Pazarlaması / Marketing of Red Meat Production and Consumption in Turkey

OZET : Bu calismada, kirmizi etin pazarlama yapisi ve kanallari belirlenmistir. Uretici ve tuketici cari ve reel fiyatlari ayri ayri dikkate alinarak, yillar itibariyle ortaya cikan dalgalanmalar incelenmistir. Bunun yaninda yillar itibariyle tuketicinin odedigi cari fiyatlarin ciftci eline gecen oranlari hesaplanmis ve cesitli yonlerden karsilastirmalar yapilmistir. Marketing of Red Meat Production and Consumption in Turkey ABSTRACT : In this study, marketing structure and channels of red meat were determined. The fluctuations in prices were analyzed by looking at nominal and real prices paid by consumer and received by farmers. NÜFUS ARTIŞININ EKONOMİYE YAPTIĞI ETKİLER AÇISINDAN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ VE TÜRKİYE’DEKİ YANSIMALARI

OZET: Bir ulkenin ekonomik ve politik yapisini yakindan ilgilendiren nufusta, son yillarda gorulen hizli artislar dikkati cekmektedir. Bu artisin ortaya cikardigi sosyal, ekonomik ve siyasi sorunlar nedeniyle ekonomistler gelecekte buyuk kitliklarin olacagini ve insanligi tehdit eden bir tehlike haline gelecegini ileri surmektedirler. Nufusun giderek artmasi, insan ihtiyaclarinin karsilanmasini guclestirmekte, yetersiz beslenme ve aclik sorunu diger sorunlarin kaynagi haline gelmektedir. Nufus artisi milli geliri, istihdami, gida maddeleri tuketimini, egitim ve saglik harcamalarini ve konut ihtiyaci gibi konulari dogrudan ilgilendirmekte ve bu konunun uzerinde durulmasinin gerekliligini ortaya koymaktadir. EVALUATION OF POPULATION INCREASE IN THE FRAMEWORK OF ITS IMPACTS ON ECONOMY AND ITS REFLECTIONS IN TURKEY SUMMARY: In recent years, much attention has centered on the rapid increases in population that is closely associated with the economical and political situation of any country. The economists suppose that the large scarcities in the future due to social, economic and political issues will occur, and this problem will threaten the humanity. A rapid increase in the population has made difficult in meeting of human wants and other problems reveal due to malnutrition and starvation issues. National income, employment, consumption of food substances, education and health expenditures, and dwelling requirements are directly associated with the increase in population and this matter need to be taken into consideration.
