Biyogazın oksidatif buhar reformlaması için Ni-CeO2/MgAl hidrotalsit benzeri katalizörün hazırlanması

Bu calismada, biyogazin oksidatif buhar reformlama tepkimeleri ile sentez gazi elde etmek icin yeni ve aktif katalizor gelistirilmesi amaclanmistir. Bu amacla, literaturde biyogazin oksidatif buhar reformlamasinda kullanilmayan, farkli seryum (Ce) miktarlarinda (ag.%2,5/5/7,5/10,0) ve Mg:Al mol oranlarinda (1:1, 2:1, 3:1) Ni-CeO 2 /MgAl hidrotalsit benzeri katalizorler hazirlanmistir. Hidrotalsit benzeri destek malzemeleri birlikte cokturme yontemi ile hazirlanirken, katalizorler islak emdirme yontemi kullanilarak hazirlanmistir. Katalizorlerin yapisal ve fiziksel ozellikleri, X-isini kirinimi (XRD), Brunauer Emmett Teller (BET), Induktif Eslesmis Plazma/Optik Emisyon Spektrometresi (ICP-OES) ve Taramali Elektron Mikroskobu (SEM) analizleri ile belirlenmistir. Biyogazin oksidatif buhar reformlama tepkimeleri sabit yatakli kuvars reaktorde 800 o C’de ve atmosferik kosullar altinda gerceklestirilmistir. Katalizorler gaz besleme mol oranlari CH 4 /CO 2 /O 2 /H 2 O = 1,0/0,67/0,1/0,3 ve bosluk hizi 45000 mL/gkat.h olacak sekilde biyogazin oksidatif buhar reformlama tepkimelerinde denenmistir. En iyi katalitik aktivite, Ni 10 Ce 2,5 /MgAl (2:1) katalizoru ile CH 4 donusumu %96, CO 2 donusumu %82, H 2 verimi %92 ve H 2 /CO mol orani 1,57 olacak sekilde elde edilmistir.
