Research on modeling and simulation of hybrid electric vehicle energy control system

In this paper pre-transmission coupled parallel hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) dynamic system energy control structural model is built according to the development requirement of hybrid electric light off-road vehicles and the vehicles dynamic system form, based on the model a whole vehicle driving dynamics model is built in order to research the dynamic performance and fuel economy. The engine test bench testing data are fitted using of extreme value theory and surface fitting method, and the engine universal characteristic curves and OOL mathematic model are built. Besides, driving induction motor mathematic model and driving battery SOC mathematic model are built. Then vehicle dynamics is simulated according to the least fuel consumption and battery charging and discharging balance energy distributing rule. The simulation result indicated the least engine fuel consumption as well as battery balance. The accuracy of models is proved by the vehicles road tests according to proposed control method.

Intelligent Algorithm Design of Airbag Based on Genetic Neural Network

Airbag control algorithm was designed based on the genetic neural network algorithm for solving the automotive airbag malfunction. Firstly vehicle finite element model and multi-rigid-body model of occupant restraint system for a certain car were established and validated. Then through simulation analyses, the airbag ignition strength and ignition time were determined. Secondly controller hardware platform and software processes were built based on the genetic neural network algorithm. The simulation experiment showed that: the airbag control algorithm could correctly identify the collision intensity and control the error ignition time in 3ms.
