A Study for Traffic Forecasting Using Traffic Statistic Information

The traffic operating speed is one of important information to measure a road capacity. When we supply the information of the road of high traffic by using navigation, offering the present traffic information and the forecasted future information are the outstanding functions to serve the more accurate expected times and intervals. In this study, we proposed the traffic speed forecasting model using the accumulated traffic speed data of the road and highway and forecasted the average speed for each the road and high interval and each time interval using Fourier transformation and time series regression model with trigonometrical function. We also propose the proper method of missing data imputation and treatment for the outliers to raise an accuracy of the traffic speed forecasting and the speed grouping method for which data have similar traffic speed pattern to increase an efficiency of analysis.

A Development of Time-Series Model for City Gas Demand Forecasting

The city gas demand data has strong seasonality. Thus, the seasonality factor is the majority for the development of forecasting model for city gas supply amounts. Also, real city gas demand amounts can be affected by other factors; weekday effect, holiday effect, the number of validity day, and the number of consumptions. We examined the degree of effective power of these factors for the city gas demand and proposed a time-series model for efficient forecasting of city gas supply. We utilize the liner regression model with autoregressive regression errors and we have excellent forecasting results using real data.

A Study on the Judgement Rating for Level of Need for Long-term Care Insurance Using a Decision Tree

노인장기요양보험은 고령이나 노인성질병 등으로 인하여 혼자서 일상 생활을 수행하기 어려운 노인 등에게 신체활동 또는 가사지원 등의 장기요양급여를 사회적 연대원리에 의해 제공하는 사회보험 제도로써, 우리나라에서는 2008년 7월부터 시행하고 있다. 신뢰성있는 등급판정을 위하여, 안정적인 수급자의 요양인정점수를 산출하는 것은 노인장기요양보험제도의 시행에 있어 매우 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 요양인정점수 산출과 등급판정에 의사결정나무 모형을 사용하였고 안정적인 모형을 위해 원자료의 변환 및 절사, 다양한 분리기준(splitting criterion), 정지규칙(stopping rule)을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 생성한 모형이 기존의 모형보다 안정적임을 확인하였다.

A Study for the Development of a Bid Price Rate Prediction Model

부동산 경매는 최근 새로운 부동산 투자방법 가운데 하나로 자리잡고 있다. 이는 부동산 시장의 성장과 더불어 부동산 경매 시장 또한 증가하고 있는 추세에 기인한다 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 부동산 경매에 참여하는 사람 및 기관들에게 가장 중요한 지표라 할 수 있는 낙찰률의 변화를 설명하고 예측하는 모형을 구축하고자 하였다. 월별 평균 낙찰률을 예측하기 위하여 단순한 지역별, 기간별 평균값을 보완하고 의사결정나무 분석을 이용하여 예측오차를 보정하는 방법을 제안하였고 선형회귀모형을 이용하여 개별 경매 물건별 낙찰률을 예측하기 위한 모형을 구축하였다. 구축된 모형은 전국 아파트 경매 물건에 적용하여 예측 모형을 구현 하였으며 그 응용방법으로 예측결과에 대한 등급화를 함께 수행하였다.
