This article aims to identify learning needs and continuing learning in information science at the ESI (Ecole des Sciences de lâ??Information which is the only school in Morocco which purpose is to ensure good training of librarians, archivists and librarians). The first objective is to identify and understand the problems and obstacles faced by students at the school during their system of learning. Then, the present paper aims to identify and analyze the needs of professionals in the context of continuing learning. To achieve the objectives set, we have relied on the method of â??investigation on the groundâ?? as the most research method used for data collection. Besides, in order to make optimal use of new technologies, gain time and reduce the cost, we opted for the use of electronic questionnaire administrated, through the Internet, directly to students and professionals in the Information & Documentation (I&D).In addition to the questionnaire, and to deepen understanding of the data collected, ongoing discussions with them have been scheduled. Finally, to meet the needs already identified, we intend to propose a strategy of learning to implement based on distance learning and teaching mobile.

Social networks are part of Web 2.0 collaborative tools that have a major impact in enriching the sharing and communication enabling a maximum of collaboration and innovation globally between web users. It is in this context that this article is positioned to be part of a series of scientific research conducted by our research team and that mixes social networks and collaborative decision making on the net. It aims to provide a new tool open source for solving various social problems posed by users in a collaborative 2.0 based on the technique for generating ideas, brainstorming method and social networks together for the maximum possible adequate profiles to the virtual brainstorming session. A tool is run by a user called expert accompanied by a number of users called validators to drive the process of extracting ideas to the loan of various users of the net. It offers then the solution to the problem of sending a satisfaction questionnaire administered by an expert ready for the affected user to measure the level of his satisfaction and also the success of the process launched. For its implementation, we propose a unified modeling using UML language, followed by a realization using the JAVA language.

web 2.0 and its applications spread widely among internet users. Taking advantage of the easy, the friendly and the rich user interfaces. As consequence, the creation and the production of content become available to anyone. The ordinary user has step forward toward being a producer rather than remaining passive consumer. With this usage shifting, a new concern emerged: the quality of the User-Generated Content UGC or the User-Created Content UCC. Our team has developed a new concept of a Framework for managing the quality of the validated content in the participative web based on the evaluation of content’s quality during its lifetime on the web. As continuation of our work, we will present a concept of extending the quality assessment of UGC or UCC into the real world by creating a bridge between digital content and its homologue in the physical world (e.g. printed version …). We will combine existing technologies such as QR codes or RFID in order to perform the linking between the digital and the physical content. This approach well offers the possibility of following the quality of UGC or UCC; and eventually evaluates it; even in hard copies. The evaluation and the assessment of physical content originated from digital content generated through web 2.0 applications will be done in real-time. The proposed approach is implemented to our framework by integrating the features into the UML diagrams in the Blog case.
