Notice of Retraction Discussion at Detection Methods of the Residual Voltage

Many national standards have requirements about the maximum value of residual voltage for electrical equipments, it requires to measure residual voltage accurately, the human body may have a certain degree of security risk if the measured value is lower than the truth value of residual voltage, but if the measured value is higher than the truth value, it may reduces the production pass rate of electrical equipments. There are two main methods about the measurement of residual voltage, one is maximum measurement, the other is peak power measurement, they all have shortcomings. Diversity of load types of electrical equipment cause the residual voltage test method is diverse. It can be classified into many classes according to the different types of electrical equipment load, make main analysis to capacitor load, inductance load and mixed load. We do simulation for each type of mathematical model, and discuss in detail the methods of measuring residual voltage. The simulation results prove that take different test method according to the different load types is necessary.
