Clinical practice guidelines in nursing (CPG-N) are tools that allow the necessary knowledge that frequently remains specialist-internalised to be made explicit. These tools are a complement to risk adjustment systems (RAS), reinforcing their effectiveness and permitting a rationalisation of healthcare costs. This theoretical study defends the importance of building and using CPG-Ns as instruments to support the figure of the nursing supervisor in order to optimise the implementation of R&D and hospital quality strategies, enabling clinical excellence in nursing processes and cost-efficient reallocation of economic resources through their linear integration with SARs.Clinical practice guidelines in nursing (CPG-N) are tools that allow the necessary knowledge that frequently remains specialist-internalised to be made explicit. AbstractThis study sought to empirically examine the link between OCB and EBP implementation, and tested senior management’s support as a moderator of this relationship. A cross-sectional survey design was used. Data were based on the survey of participants’ perceptions of the study variables. The participants were professionals involved in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction at five hospitals in Madrid Community of Spain. Hypothetico-deductive method was applied, and partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used for data analysis. The relationship between OCB and EBP implementation was supported. A significant moderating effect was also found, which indicates that with an increase in senior management’s support OCBs become more important for explaining their effect on EBP implementation. The findings of this research are promising to organizations and agencies that take into account the importance of implementing EBP. This research provides conditions valuable to successful use of EBP. Especially, where senior management interacts positively with other variables such as OCB, the likelihood of EBP implementation and its effectiveness may increase. An improvement in these factors and their interaction is liable to guide an improved continuity in healthcare resulting from positive organizational ethos.

Los sistemas CRM proporcionan datos dirigidos al aumento de la fuerza de ventas desde los anos 90. Estos sistemas segmentados por companias, ofrecen un conocimiento del mercado de forma acotada y permiten acumular grandes cantidades de datos. Esta realidad unida a la creciente digitalizacion y automatizacion de los procesos y las nuevas herramientas de comunicacion, han supuesto que existan grandes cantidades de datos accesibles dificiles de gestionar. Con el fin de dar respuesta a esta demanda, surge el big data. Este trabajo constituye una aproximacion a traves de literatura especializada para estudiar la evolucion de los CRMs, como antesala del del big data. La contribucion principal consiste en poner de manifiesto la relacion entre ambos conceptos como elementos estrategicos que ayudan a la toma de decisiones dentro de las companias. This paper presents a model to measure the knowledge and sustainable competitive advantages generated by logistic operators, within the Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) framework. We present a definition of ECR practices, propose a model to measure the effects of these practices on final firm’s results and develop a validation of the methodology, meeting the demands of related companies and logistic operators. The paper is part of a more general study trying to test the model on three groups of partners: firms operating with ECR practices, business consultants and researchers. The previous results allow us to conclude that logistic operators perceive these practices as relevant ones. The best valued items by the logistic operators are: human capital, improvement on individual labor and group climate, and improvement in learning and training firms plan.

El correo electronico es uno de los medios de comunicacion que se revela como esencial en los proximos anos. La universidad no podia quedarse fuera de esta realidad por motivos de ensenanza e investigacion. Con la intencion de verificar la introduccion real del correo electronico en las universidades publicas de Madrid, se ha disenado y llevado a cabo una encuesta que intenta reunir datos de la opinion que los profesores tienen relativa a su uso y al conocimiento que tienen del correo electronico y otros medios informaticos, asi como su actitud hacia ellos. Tambien nos hemos interesado en algunos asuntos relevantes relacionados al correo electronico, tales como el nivel de satisfaccion del usuario y las expectativas que genera este medio de comunicacion. Una comparacion empirica hecha entre la existencia de diferentes relaciones destaca la influencia de actitudes previas en los niveles de conocimiento de las herramientas, y la influencia de dicho conocimiento en su uso posterior. Igualmente, se ha demostrado la existencia de diferencias importantes entre las distintas areas de conocimiento, las categorias profesionales y las universidades.
