This study is to examine the relation between leisure constraints and participation by leisure type of security agents. By using purposive sampling method, this study collected 387 questionnaires in 14 private security service registered in 2009 at the Seoul National Police Agency. Cronbach`s .673. The conclusion are as follow. First, leisure constraints difference in socio-demographic characteristics such as sex, age, education level, income, position, job pattern. Second, in case of hobby and cultural activities, higher time constraints showed lesser frequency of participation, higher structural constraints showed lesser period of participation, higher personal constraints showed lesser intensity of participation. On the other hand, high time constraitns had high intensity of participation. In case of play and entertainment activities, even with high self-conscious constraints, it showed increased frequency and period of participation and high personal constraints showed increased period of participation but in contrast, higher structural constraints showed decreased frequency of participation and period. In case of viewing and appreciative activities, even with high interpersonal constraints, frequency and period of participation increased and higher time constraints also had increased period of participation. On the other hand, higher structural constraints showed decrease in frequency of participation and period.

This study establishes structure pattern about private security guard major under graduate students career preparation conduct and reality adaptability wishes to deduce high theoretical pattern. Then, I wish to verify causality of variables included in pattern. This study established private security guard major of 3 university by population to Seoul, Gyeonggi Province in 2012. Using purposive sampling method, 130 samples were drawn and were used for the final analysis. Validity and reliability of questionnaire verified to be through confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis. Validity of questionnaire came out to be over exogenous variable value .664, endogenous variable value .787. In this study, utilizes AMOS 18.0 and SPSS WIN 18.0 programs for reliability analysis and took advantage of technique of covariance structure analysis. The conclusion is following : First, private security guard major self-clearness shortage exerts contradictory influence on career decision efficacy. Second, private security guard major self-clearness shortage does not affect on career preparation behavior. Third, problem about private security guard major age exerts contradictory influence on career decision efficacy. Fourth, problem about private security guard major age does not affect on career preparation behavior. Fifth, physical inferiority complex of a private security guard major does not affect in career decision efficacy. Sixth, physical inferiority complex of a private security guard major does not affect on career preparation behavior. Seventh, private security guard major course decision efficacy affects on career preparation behavior.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the fellowship of an organization empowerment of security officers. By using stratified cluster random sapling, 264 people from private security enterprises which are located in Seoul, 2009, were selected as final samples. However, the cases used in the final analysis were counted as 238. The reliability of the questionnaire used in the study was measured by Cronbach`s statistics, being over .761. The collected data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, F-test, and multiple regression etc., using SPSSWIN 17.0. The conclusions were drawn as following. First, there are difference in fellowship according to the demographic characteristics of security officers. Second, there are difference in organization empowerment according to the demographic characteristics of security officers. Third, the fellowship of security officers affects an organization empowerment. That is to say, when vigorous and active participation, and independent and critical thinking are perceived more highly, the intensity of influence, meaning, capability, and self-determination increase.

The object of this study is to examine the relations between leisure activity and duty stress and separation intention in private guards. The subject of this study is set up the private guards who are working at private guard company in a capital sphere. This study applyed the way of judgement abstraction and abstracted the total of 360 persons. However, the number used in the final analysis is 333 persons. The last conclusion in this study is as follows. Firstly, the relation between duty stress and separation intention has a matual effect meaningfully. Secondly, the physical stress hasn`t an effect on the term of leisure activity, and separation intention. affects meaningfully the physical stress. Thirdly, the relation beween leisure activity and separation intention exerts a meaningful influence mutually in all sphere. Duty stress is a important parameter between leisure activity and separation intention.

The Purpose of this study was to examine effects of mentoring function on career development and organizational effectiveness in private security service organization. Example number used on interpretation finally using purposive sampling method after this study establishes 5 places private security service company`s security guard by population in Seoul on March, 2010 is total 227 people. Reliability of questionnaire appeared Cronbach`s value more than .667. Conclusions that appears in this study is as following. First, private security service organization`s Mentoring function affects in career development. That is, if friendship, patronage, career management, society mind, and role model are mobilized, innovative own development, special capacity development, and information competitive power development are helped. Second, private security service organization`s Mentoring function affects in organization effectiveness. If friendship, patronage, career management, society mind, and role model are mobilized, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. On the other hand, change of jobs intention decreases if function of society mind is mobilized. Third, private security service organization`s career development affects in organization effectiveness. If reform and special capacity development are helped, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. While change of jobs intention decreases as development of information competition is helped. Fourth, Mentoring function exerts influence of causality on career development and organization effectiveness. That is, Mentoring exerts direct influence on organization effectiveness, but it exerts indirect effect through career development.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self leadership and empowerment and organization innovation action in private security guard. This study established private security guards who is being located in Seoul, 2011 and work in the private security company by population. Using purposive sampling method, 293 samples were drawn and were used for the final analysis. Using SPSSWIN 18.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were performed. Cronbach`s value which shows the reliability of the questionnaire came out to be over .831. The conclusion is following. First, private security guard`s self leadership affects to empowerment. That is, influence and semanticity are enlarged as action center strategy, natural compensation strategy is attained well. Also, capacity, self decision power is enlarged as constructive thinking strategy, natural compensation strategy is attained well. Second, private security guard`s self leadership affects to organization innovation action. In other words, innovation action is increased as action center strategy is attained well. Also, organization`s innovation result is enlarged as constructive thinking strategy, action center strategy, natural compensation strategy are attained well. Third, private security guard`s empowerment affects on organization innovation action. That is, innovation action, innovation result appears high in case of influence, semanticity is enlarged. Fourth, private security guard`s self leadership exerts direction indirect effect in empowerment and organization innovation action. Thus, empowerment is an important variable that mediate self leadership and organization innovation action.

This study aims to deduct the extensive improvement types of leisure activities of private security agents using PPA technique and to examine the influence of leisure constraint on the index of participation. Through this process, this study consequently will draw the priority list of investment on the policy for improving the welfare status of private security agents. In this study, judgement sampling was applied to 6 security agencies located in Seoul, 2010, and 267 cases were used in the final analysis. Collected data went through factor analysis, reliability analysis, paired t test, PPA analysis, and regression analysis by using SPSSWIN 17.0. The conclusions were drawn as follows. In regard to the reliability, Cronbach`s was over .768. First, there was a difference between the preference rate and the participation rate which are the participation index of the private security agents` leisure activities. concentrate here in leisure types turned out to be fitness activities, walking/jogging, tourism, a day-long travel, and keep up the cood work in leisure types are movies, domestic tourist attractions, dating, eating out, personal relationship, watching sports, reading, karaoke, TV video watching, drinking etc. low priority in leisure types are water sports, hiking, biking, soccer, photography, ball games, sky sports, playing go/janggi, inline skates, and cooking. Second, the leisure constraint affects the participation index of leisure activities. As the personal constraint, and surrounding conscious constraint which are the subordinate factors of the leisure constraint get bigger, the participation index of favored leisure activities become lower. In contrast, when the difficulties such as structural constraint, time and economical constraint are overcome, participation index of leisure activities go on the rise.
