With a strong military practice deeply advancing and the reality-based military training continuously developing safety risk of troops training is increasingly widening. How to perform safety precaution and control well in military training has been a real urgent subject. At present, research on troops training accidents mainly depends on qualitative analysis and is short of scientific guide, so it is difficult to find the root cause of accidents occurrence correctly. Applying CREAM, this essay constructs retrospective analysis mode of the root cause of human factors error in troops training accidents, performs retrospective analysis of the accidents root cause, and puts forward the strategy and idea of precaution and control in troops training accidents. It provides scientific basis and effective means based on the analysis of the 158 troops training accidents.

With the development of military construction, the deepening reform to strengthen the armed forces, and the increasing intensity of actual combat training, the deep-rooted contradictions and problems in military development gradually appear. Meanwhile, the factors affecting the security and stability of the armed forces become increasingly complicated, posing an unprecedented threat to the safe military development. Safety culture construction is the fundamental way to promote the safe development of armed forces. To achieve good safety management, armed forces need to vigorously strengthen the safety culture construction. Based on surveys and mass data, this thesis uses factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) to quantitatively analyze the basic factors of safety culture construction and safety performance and builds a structural model between the two groups of factors. The thesis then studies the causal relations between the two groups of factors, determines the effect of the safety culture construction factor, and identifies the key safety culture construction factors that have a significant impact on safety performance. Finally, the thesis acts as a scientific basis and provides suggestions for the targeted strengthening of the safety culture construction in armed forces.

Vehicle safety guarantees the success of military motorized marching, and it also contributes a lot to military training practice and combat power generation. In the recent years, since the power of armies is gradually strengthened and competitive training is extensively adopted, motorized marching in armies is seen more and more frequently, and we face increasing risks in the vehicle safety of military motorized marching. Carrying out risk identification and strengthening risk management are quite significant. Based on the risk management theory and the characteristics of motorized marching’s vehicle safety, this thesis starts from the basic risk factors and focuses on the work flow and specific implementation of risk identification, so as to provide guidelines and practices for armies.

Railway transportation has the advantages of large carrying capacity, strong continuous ability, high speed, and efficiency and is rarely influenced by weather conditions. It now becomes the main mean of transport for armies to carry out long-distance troop delivery and plays an important role in trans-regional training and performing emergency tasks. In recent years, when air defense forces organize trans-regional trainings, many troops are involved, the maneuvering distance is long, and lots of equipment is required. All these increase the security threats in training. In this way, it is of great importance to carry out risk identification of railway transportation in trans-regional training and strengthen our security management. Based on risk management theory and according to the characteristics of railway transportation in training, this thesis concludes risk causes, summarizes risk identification methods, and then analyzes the implementation of risk identification. The findings provide basic guidance and methods for air defense forces in their future risk identifications and management.

In recent years, Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) sweeps the world and becomes a booster for military vocational education which effectively enhances the education quality. Following the trend, China has established a MOOC platform called “Dream Course” for military officers and soldiers. Analyzing the characteristics of learning behavior of military vocational education on MOOC platform and giving corresponding suggestions are of great significance to promote our military education. This thesis will first elaborate MOOC characteristics and learning behavior and then analyze the learning behavior of professional military study on “Dream Course” from three aspects: users, course learning, and communication and interaction. The thesis also gives suggestions on how to create quality online courses, improve encouraging mechanism, and utilize the platform innovatively.

During pre-service training period, since the national defense students have heavy learning and training tasks, high management standards, and heavy work and living pressures, they are facing various physical and psychological challenges. Most of them often feel frustrated, which severely influences their working determination and confidence. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the frustration psychology and its management of national defense students in pre-service training period. After carrying out questionnaire survey and symposia for some national defense students who are taking pre-service training, this paper analyzes the concrete manifestation and main causes of their frustration and puts forward basic solutions from aspects such as educational guidance, psychological training, and atmosphere construction. The results provide important foundation for military academies to strengthen the psychological management of national defense students.

With the continuous advancement of actual combat training the intensity and difficulty of troops training is increasingly expanding, unsafe factors are gradually complicated, safety risks are frequently on the rise, and however, unsafe behavior for officers and men is the key factors which decide troops training safety. On the basis of analysis of causes of military behavioral errors which include the following factors such as military qualities, equipment and technology, training environments and organizational management the article takes three control models: control in advance, field control, and afterwards control based on REASON model of concept, and provides methods and models of management and control of military behavioral errors in troops training from the following 4 aspects: plan and training, check and guidance, reason and measures, evaluation and summary.

Live hand grenade throwing is a common training subject in troops. Its high security risk has long made it one of the most frightening training subjects for junior military officials. Live hand grenade training bears complicated potential risk factors, including actions of officers and soldiers, dangerous materials, training ground environment, and organization and management. Among all these factors, the action of trainees, the condition of safety officer, and training organization method are the most important ones. To ensure the safety precaution work of the training is well-done, hidden troubles must be eliminated completely, training organization method must be optimized, risk assessment must be launched scientifically, and good prevention and control measures must be applied. In this way training risks can be efficiently lowered, and the safety of the training is guaranteed. This thesis takes a deep research on risk factors, organization method, and risk assessment in troops’ live hand grenade training.

Car accidents are often seen in air defense forces. Researching their root causes has a great significance on improving the prevention work scientifically and promoting the security development of air defense forces. With the use of Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method, this thesis analyzes 182 car accidents in air defense forces and establishes the cause category table of car accidents, the possible cause table of human error patterns, and the “cause–effect” tracing table of human errors in car accidents in air defense forces. The thesis also constructs the method of tracing and analyzing their root causes. Applying this method, root causes of car accidents are found, which provides effective method and scientific basis for researching and preventing car accidents in air defense forces.

Actual combat training is the main path by which the fighting capacity of troops is improved. In recent years, with gradual improvement of actual combat training the complexity is on the rise and safety risk is increasingly becoming apparent, so risk management has necessarily been the main task. Risk identification is the basic step of risk management and is the basic condition of risk evaluation and is also the basis of risk control. It has important significance to strengthen research on risk identification for developing risk evaluation and risk management and control. The article mainly researches the working procedure and detailed methods of risk identification based on risk management theory in combination with characteristics and regularity of actual combat training from the basic risk factors; thereby, the article provides the basic methods and paths for risk identification.
