Design and application of synchronous control system model of high voltage and large capacity series parallel structure of a vacuum circuit breaker

With the continuous increase in the capacity of power grid, grid short-circuit current level problems have become increasingly prominent, the level of the current level of the existing manufacturing parameters of high voltage circuit breaker can not meet the requirements based on. This paper introduces a design unit of vacuum circuit breaker series of large capacity and high voltage circuit breaker based on parallel structure, the circuit breaker will first 40.5kV control unit vacuum circuit breaker by equalizing components series become high voltage circuit breaker HOkV, while using the hollow with high coupling degree, the normal working state of low energy consumption Division reactor, integrated control can effectively realize the automatic current sharing and the current limiting function, increase, circuit breaker rated current and the ability to withstand short circuit current. In the vacuum circuit breaker field created a new idea, in the parameter index reached a new height. The series parallel structure, due to the existence of more or less the difference between multiple fracture, cause in the process of breaking large fault current in the voltage between the fracture, the uneven distribution of current, this very high demands on the control accuracy of synchronous control system. Synchronous control system design and Realization of a multi fracture controlled vacuum circuit breaker, the hardware with digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320LF2812 and the field programmable gate array (FPGA) SPARTAN3 as the core, the bus backplane and function hardware architecture combines plate; the software realization of voltage and current zero crossing detection method, design the control system of vacuum circuit breaker with optical fiber communication protocol, the synchronization control algorithm. Considering the actual run-time synchronization controller operating in the complicated electromagnetic environment, the whole control system to carry out a number of strict EMC test, the results show that the system has high reliability and stability.

Research on intelligent technology of transformer

Through the study on countermeasures against abnormal conditions of the transformer and some key technologies including the insulation state and service life evaluation of the transformer, the paper develops the intelligent module for transformer on the basis of integrating the sensor technology, state and life evaluation technology and communication technology as a whole and makes the prototype, initially realizing the intelligent operation of the transformer. The online monitoring device is the basis of the intelligent transformer. The online monitoring device for the intelligent module developed in this paper includes online monitoring device for oil chromatogram, distributed temperature sensing, leak current of insulating casing, dielectric loss, online monitoring device for capacitance, online monitoring device for partial discharge and online monitoring device for core grounding current. On the basis of the online monitoring data provided by the online monitoring device, the intelligent module is used for the judgment of operation state of transformer, analysis of abnormal operating conditions, evaluation on the remaining service life and comprehensive management through some artificial intelligence methods such as interactive expert system, decision tree diagnosis and Bayesian network diagnosis.
