The access and management of dispersed energy resource(DER) in active distribution network(ADN) enable coordinate voltage control (CVC) to control voltage actively in distribution system. This paper highlights the impacts of DER on the voltage profile and control strategies of existing distribution network. Accordingly the CVC control framework and strategy in ADN is proposed, which is to make full use of distributed resources or other voltage regulate devices to realize closed loop control of voltage in real time by means of CVC controller in ADN. At last, the study case can verify the effective ness of the CVC strategy in ADN.

To verify the rationality of networking and the real-time reliability of network transmission for the process level in smart substation, this paper proposes a method of modeling and simulating for smart substation based on OPNET, which models the key network equipments after analyzing the simulation requirement of process level network in smart substation. And several networking modes and optimization strategies for packet transmission are researched. Then the simulation example of Qinyun Substation is used to prove the rationality and effectiveness of the networking strategy, combined with static multicast and different star networks for SV and GOOSE packets, in the practical engineering application. It is certified that the networking strategy meets the applied requirement about the network flow and transmission delay of process level network in smart substation at the moment.

Division of distribution control area is the foundation of operation, marketing, maintenance and fault analysis. By comprehensively analyzing the critical demands of the operation, control and management in distribution network, distribution control area is modeled based on common information model (CIM), in order to improve the efficiency of the fault diagnosis and optimal dispatching. Taking advantage of meta-modeling theory of CIM, this paper establishes a highly scalable, unified information model. The modeling requirement of static network topology and dynamic traverse is taken into consideration and the distribution control area is regarded as a base unit of business flow and information flow in the operation and management process. Finally, taking outage analysis for example, the accuracy and effectiveness of distribution control area modeling is verified.
