为了对RDX/Al/AP/HTPB炸药的有效成分进行分离回收, 研究了以超声空化-表面活性剂水溶法提取RDX/Al/AP/HTPB炸药中高氯酸铵(AP)的分离工艺, 探讨了各工艺参数对AP提取率的影响。结果表明, 表面活性剂浓度、提取时间和超声频率是影响AP提取率的主要因素, 表面活性剂种类为次要因素, 料液质量比和提取次数对AP提取率的影响很小。最佳工艺条件为:室温, 提取时间40min, 料液质量比1:3, 提取次数1次, 超声功率3.0kW, 表面活性剂为吐温80(质量分数2.0%)。

为了优化RDX/Al/AP/HTPB炸药中浸取RDX的工艺,将响应面法(RSM)引入优化工艺过程中,拟合出该工艺的浸取率模型,并分析了超声功率、浸取时间、温度、料液质量比、浸取次数对浸取过程的影响。结果表明,以上实验各因素均对RDX浸取率有显著影响,交互影响随着实验水平值的增加而增加,二次回归模型的拟合方程为:Y=91.99+7.81A+8.23B+3.49C+3.52D+4.21E-3.47AB-1.12AC-1.68AD-1.83AE-1.90BC-2.69BD-4.79BE-1.31CD-1.58CE-3.51DE-3.86A2-3.99B2+1.11C2-0.094D2-1.23E2。
