Multi-information Fusion Technology for Positioning System

In the positioning system, the effect of the cumulative error was happened which will result in inaccurate positioning if single technique was applied in the system. In this paper, multi-information fusion technology was used to realize the precise location in the positioning system. Firstly, the Wireless Local Area Networks technology was used to achieve a wide range of positioning. Then Radio Frequency Identification Devices technology was used to achieve small range positioning. Finally, the two technologies were combined to realize the precise location of the system. Experimental results show that the application of this technology is feasible.

Research on the Black Agarics Variable Temperature Infrared-Convection Drying Equipment

In order to improve the drying quality and reduce the energy consumption of the black agarics, the application of infrared heating technology and the convection of hot air drying technology combination in the drying process, the weigh of black agarics recorded by the first and the second weighing system and the data were compared with the final moisture drying required. In order to improve the drying quality of black agarics, the drying time and temperature of the first and the second drying platforms can be controlled by adjusting the transmission speed of the conveyor belt and the convection temperature. It can achieve the precise control of the black agarics drying rate, which save time and improve the drying quality of black agarics.

Experimental Study and Analysis on Heat Transfer Effect of Far Infrared Convection Combined Drying

Far infrared convection combined heat transfer is one of the best methods for energy saving and drying. In this paper, a comprehensive experimental study and analysis of the far infrared convection combined drying was carried out, to explore the intrinsic link and interaction between parameters in the drying process. Far infrared convection combined heat transfer was discussed in detail. The test was performed on the self-made test bench. The two orthogonal rotation regression design was made to get the regression equation, and by analyzing the corresponding heat transfer response surface, the relationship between the parameters on heat transfer efficiency was obtained.

Analysis on the Influence of the Exchange Area on the Heat Exchange Efficiency during Far-Infrared Convection Combination Grain Drying Process

Based on energy-saving and quality-keeping drying concept proposed by domestic and overseas scholars in recent years, this paper designs a new experiment scheme.The test was performed on the self-made test bench by means of far infrared convection combined drying method.To explore the intrinsic link and interaction between parameters in the drying process, the inlet air volume was 15.24 m3/h, 18.78 m3/h and 26.23 m3/h. Heat transfer tube spray HS-2-1 low temperature infrared materials and non-sprayed infrared materials. The data of each group were tested and the heat transfer efficiency was calculated. Analysis of sprayed infrared materials and non-sprayed infrared materials under conditions, The heat transfer efficiency to achieve the best state of the parameters of the range.

The Principle and Experimental Research of New Type of Recirculating Grain Dryer

According to the drying characteristics of grain, a new type of recirculating grain dryer was optimized and designed. Used the method of thin layer drying, dynamic fault flow, on-line automatic weighing and water measuring and other methods, combined electric resistance water measuring method and oven water measuring method, the feasibility and accuracy of on-line automatic weighing and water measuring has been verified, which has realized the high quality energy saving and drying of grain. The drying characteristics of new type of grain recirculating dryer under different conditions were tested in the field, and the drying characteristic curves were obtained. The relative error between the on-line automatic weighing and water measuring and the electric resistance water measuring and the oven water measuring was compared.

Fungus Rotating Drying Control Equipment

On the basis of a large number of observation for black fungus drying, we design double period of rotating drying control equipment, which integrates drying shaping, sterilization, sorting and complete drying. The appliance is mainly composed of feed hopper, a rotary drying shaping pot, a transmission belt, lift conveyor belt, sorting device, two complete drying devices and barometric drive system. It is suitable for drying and sorting black fungus, litchi and so on, which adopts the rotary drying device and vibration sorting mechanism, realizes scattering the black fungus drying, greatly improves product quality, reduces floor area of ordinary solar drying and saves plenty of manpower and material resources.

Grain Relativity Humidity Real-Time Prediction Based on Different Saturated Humidity Models in the Process of Storage

A mathematical model was selected and established based on the granary internal temperature and humidity real-time monitoring. In the experiment, the relative humidity of different water content corns were predicted by using different saturated vapor pressure formula and select the fittest model by comparing with the calculations and the test results. The humidity calculated by the saturated vapor pressure at formula 3 was closest to the actual measurement in them. Using the model it was possible to predict the evolution of grain relativity humility. During the experiment process, the calculation appeared the fluctuation because the internal humidity of grain was greatly influenced by the temperature and relativity humidity of the environment.
