A method of fuzzy optimization design based on neural networks is presented as a new method of image processing. The combination system adopts a new fuzzy neuron network (FNN) which can appropriately adjust input and output, and increase robustness, stability and working speed of the network. Besides FNN, wavelet transform also be applied to compression algorithm for a higher and controllable compression rate. As shown by experimental results, the communication system can compress and decompress image data dynamically which proves that it is a more practical and more effective method than traditional methods for communication in wireless networks, and it is especially better at video data transmitting.

Analyzing the task management and scheduling algorithm of embedded systems, we present an improved embedded system scheduling algorithm and increase of time slice cycle algorithm. The embedded system is improved upon a real-time system, in which assignment priority scheduling is primary and time slice cycle scheduling is secondary. Through the application of collision detection algorithm and path planning algorithm in the system, it shows that the improved embedded system can well meet the requirement, with good usability.

The intelligent online measurement instrument of a washer-clutchs opening force is based on a single chip computer system with a force sensor of resistance strain gauges and auto-localization equipment. The paper presents the design method of an adaptive compensation measuring system in the dynamic measurement of transfer function. It makes the measuring force track the acting force, as well as improve measuring accuracy.

A reinforcemen-based fuzzy neural network control with automatic rule generation (RBFNNC) is proposed. A set of optimized fuzzy control rules can be automatically generated through reinforcement learning based on the state variables of object system. RBFNNC was applied to a cart-pole balancing system and simulation result shows significant improvements on the rule generation.
