With the XML Web Services being widely used, the security problem becomes more and more obvious in Web services because of congenitally deficient. How to guarantee the data transmission security in the web environment has gradually become the consideration of entire Web project qualitys key. This paper discusses how to use the WS-Security Specification to build the security of Web services by studying the Web services protocol framework and its data exchange foundation, studies the root of the popularity of Web services and its security problem foundation, and discusses how to use the WS-Security Specification to build the security Web services. Finally, a sample is given to show how to construct a safe and reliable Web Service environment with WSE.

Task management is an important part of an operating system, safe and reliable task management program is crucial for operating system running. To overcome the limitations of traditional methods for operating system development, taking Embedded Real-Time Operating System MicroC/OS-II as chief reference, a formal model of task management based on B method is proposed in this paper. According to the idea of step-wised construction of B method, we refine the abstract specification models designed in the previous stage. This work achieves a realizable model of task management eventually. Task management developed based on B method may improve the system validity and security.

To overcome the bad performance of surface contamination assessment for the current high voltage insulator, which induced by a lot of uncertainties existing in measurement information and the thing between measurement and assessment result, a novel assessment strategy is proposed based on D-S evidence theory in this paper. Firstly, the D-S reasoning model is established to assess contamination extent on the basis of information or evidence. Secondly, the effective representation for uncertainties is solved by processing obscurely the corresponding measurement information. Afterwards, the uncertain reasoning for assessment result is finished based on fuzzified uncertain information by the proposed novel algorithm for the insulator contamination assessment. Finally, computer simulation example is illustrated to prove the validity of the proposed novel algorithm.

There exists a great deal of periodic non-stationary processes system in nature, social and economical phenomenon et al. It is very important to realize the dynamic analysis and real-time forecast within a period. In this paper, a wavelet-Kalman hybrid estimation and forecasting algorithm based on step-by-step filtering with the real-time and recursion property is put forward. It combines the advantages of Kalman filter and wavelet transform. Utilizing the information provided by multi-sensor effectively, this algorithm can realize not only realtime tracking and dynamic multi-step forecasting within a period, but also the dynamic forecasting between periods, and has a great value to the system decision-making. Simulation results show that this algorithm is valuable.
