For nearly 50 years of study, speech synthesis has had huge development as an interdisciplinary, this paper reviewed the modern speech synthesis technology and research, analyzes the problems existing in the research in this field.

Notice of Retraction Cooperative Learning Based on Multi-Agent Systems

The paper propped a cooperation learning based on multi-agent system, The system comprised several agents,and agents with different study methods composed the learning part. To realize the cooperative study, a learning mode based on genetic algorithm is discussed deliberately.

Building Concept System from the Perspective of Development of the Concept

The concept system with rich content is the key to improve the performance of knowledge-based artificial intelligence knowledge system. And a sufficient number of concepts, rich in semantic association, to meet the multi-tasking and developed concept system are one of the major challenges of knowledge engineering. It is the fundamental goal of conceptualization of knowledge, too. In this paper, for the study of natural language processing, from the perspective of development of the concept, a framework is proposed to building concept system.

Research on the Attributes of Rational Agent's Internal States

Which attributes are the basic ones when we describe the rational agent’s internal states? How many attributes are sufficient enough for application? Those have been pending problems. This paper analyzes the limitations of the past research in this field, presents rational agent’s attributes of KOCBDI and illustrates, by means of simulated RoboCup, that KOCBDI is independent.
