In this paper, we proposed a development of M-learning smart-trainer content for improving the learning ability of military education. In this paper, we have development of LED-IT-Sensor integration streetlight management system on Ad-hoc. The system gathers the various sensor data from a streetlight device, and the data is transmitted into an energy management system. The sorts of data are the intensity of illumination, humidity and diagnostic results. The sensor node among streetlight can gather the various data like the intensity of illumination, humidity. The one is transmitted into a control center through the Ad-hoc. In this paper, the proposed LED-IT-Sensor integration streetlight management system on Ad-hoc is large power savings can be obtained, RISC processor can provide the benefits composed a various function by changes of the program.

This paper presents a new efficient high-level synthesis methodology for low power design. In the scheduling technique, the constraints are substituted by subgraphs, and then the number of subgraphs is minimized by using the inclusion and overlap relation efficiently. Also, the register allocation algorithm determines the minimum register after the life-time analysis of all variable in allocation algorithm. It is a minimum the switching activity using graph coloring technique for low power consumption. And the supply voltage is reduced a maximal using multiple voltage considering resource constraints. The proposed algorithm proves the effect through various high-level synthesis benchmark to adopt a low power scheduling and allocation algorithm considering in multiple supply voltage.

In this paper, we have proposed a circuit complexity optimization ILP algorithm of high-level synthesis system for new multiprocessor design. We have analyzed to the operator characteristics and structure of datapath in the most important high-level synthesis. We also introduced the concept of virtual operator for the scheduling of multi-cycle operations. Thus, we demonstrated the complexity to implement a multi-cycle operation of the operator, regardless of the type of operation that can be applied for commonly use in the ILP algorithm. We have achieved is that standard benchmark model for the scheduling of the 5th digital wave filter, it was exactly the same due to the existing datapath scheduling results.

In this paper, we were proposed a new LED light device lighting control algorithm for optimal energy saving. The propose lighting control algorithm be to the LED lights devices lighting control by measuring illuminance into multi sensors. And it be to lighting control by inverting of octagon pattern during set-up time. All the LED is lighting when detecting motion by the motion sensor. And, it was designed enable remote management control by communicate with central monitoring center using Zigbee wireless network to measured data from sensors at real time. In this paper, a proposed lighting control algorithm was measured power consumption about the lighting status of LED lighting device using the lighting control program for demonstrate of energy savings effect. The measured result, the lighting method applying proposed algorithm were proved energy savings effect of more 40% more compared to the existing lighting method.

We have implemented the CID(Caller Identification) system based on the web internet. The system can connect a wire or wireless phone to the computer. A transmitting signal of the phone before starting the voice communication be displayed on PC, and connects with the GPS. Here the GPS signal informs the position information of an object with a satellite. Then the CID presents several information of the terminal phone on PC.
