This paper uses image sensor to gain images of low visibility road and discusses multi-distinguishing wavelet transform, reconstruction and image fusion rules of the low visibility roadpsilas images. Depending on the different spatial frequency character of the details components between the different decompositions, a choice fusion operator based on regional characteristic measure is adopted to enhance the images of low visibility road. Based on six indicators, including the standard deviation, entropy, RMSE, NLSE PSNR and the average gradient, a series of images are obtained by different fusion rules are analyzed and compared in this paper. We will find that, on the regional characteristic measure, the regional energy is best of all, the region max is second, the region variance and entropy are as good as region area. Through comparing above six indicators, we can see that the experiment results based on wavelet transform better than those, which are obtained through the weighted average arithmetic or Laplacian pyramid transform.

The autonomous smart car is the foundation of physical simulation of vehicle platoon based on vehicle and road cooperation. This paper analyzed the architecture of vehicle platoon system in the case of vehicle-road cooperation, and proposed the constitution and structure of autonomous smart car control system. After analyzing functional requirement of the autonomous smart car, the paper designed the key hardware and software of the autonomous smart car. It took the microchip as the controller, and used camera and ultrasonic sensor for the lane navigation. At the same time, it used DC motor for control driving and steering, and the Zigbee technology was adopted to design the wireless communication module. The key algorithm about recognizing navigation lane and movement controlling method was proposed, including path extraction and controlling algorithms. The test indicated the autonomous smart car had a good and stable performance.

In recent years, traffic event detection has become an important topic in intelligent transportation systems. A novel method to extract jam events by analyzing the road background feature is developed in this research, in which the multiple background images have been used in order to extract ultimate background from low-speed vehicles in congestion condition. The proposed algorithm includes two stages: background extraction and jam detection. The background image was extracted by performing the difference on three consecutive frames. According to the extracted background image, we analyze the corner feature to detect traffic jam. The proposed method has been tested on a number of traffic-image sequences and the experimental results show that the algorithm is robust and realtime.

Real-time information of the whole road can be acquired by in-vehicle road condition acquisition technology, which used to ensure the freeway safety under adverse weather. The influencing factors and evaluation parameters of the road condition under the adverse weather were analyzed, and functions of the in-vehicle road information acquisition system were decided. On the basis of those, the road detection system was designed, which was composed of road visibility detecting subsystem, road temperature and humidity detecting subsystem, pavement condition recognition subsystem, pavement micro-topography detecting subsystem, road data location subsystem, and information wireless transmission subsystem. This system also included measuring vehicle and power supply. In this system, some key technologies were analyzed. Lastly, the future research work was looked forward.

At present, Ship IC Cards were adopted by all of the ships sailing on the Yangtze River, this greatly promotes the development of informatization of shipping system in Yangtze River. This paper proposed a Ship IC Card remote reading technical framework based on Android Hand-held Terminal. By utilizing Bluetooth, 3G, Wi-Fi wireless communication technology and android software programming technology, Ship IC Card information can be read and displayed on Android Hand-held Terminals. It is useful for improving the efficiency of maritime security inspection. Meanwhile, this technical scheme can play a significant role in the visa of ships turnover the port and ship lockage security inspection.

With the rapid development of Chinas inland waterway transport, inland ships are getting to a tendency of larger size and deeper draft. During the dry season of waterway, some ships exceed the maximum draft and take a risk to pass through the shallow channel, which may easily lead to the ship grounding. Aiming at this problem, relative research situation at home and abroad and the present underwater measurement technologies are analyzed, and a design of dynamic measurement system of inland ship draft based on multi-beam Sonar system is proposed. Based on the data obtained from the multi-beam Sonar positioned under water, the real-time image and value of ship draft can be shown in software interface. From the aspect of hardware structure and software algorithm, its measurement principle and configuration scheme are presented. And its imaging result and measurement precision are proved with an example test.

Maritime patrol and environmental monitoring tasks, and so on, had attracted the attention of the maritime authorities by USV which instead of some traditional vessels by men control. According to the requirements of the development of the USV and its experimental inconvenience, setting up model ship experiment platform in the service of USV experiments demand, making model ship as its carrier, and getting the information proceeding, the control of drive control system, environmental perception, position and navigation, and wireless communication are very necessary. Introduce the hardware system and software system of the platform, and check the functions of the platform by experiments.

According to requirements to detect the ship draft, a detection system of dynamic ship draft based on Multi-beam sonar System is researched. The data of ship draft is obtained by using Multi-beam sonar. The abnormal data in the ship draft data are grouped based on the distribution features: the discontinuous jump data and the continuous jump data. The convolution template and median filtering algorithm for the ship draft data is adopted to eliminate the discontinuous jump abnormal data when Multi-beam sonar are used to detect the bottom of the ship. For the continuous jump abnormal data that only appears in the ship stern, the least-square linear regression and prediction algorithm is put forward to eliminate the continuous jump abnormal data. Tests show that the detection system satisfies the measurement requirements and the median filtering algorithm and the least-square linear regression and prediction algorithm are more practical and effective.

It is the foundation of intelligent inland waterway management to collect the location information of aids to navigation (AtoN) with high precision. Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) is an effective approach to improve the accuracy of the Global Positioning System (GPS). This paper provides an accurate positioning method for AtoN through applied the DGPS and ZigBee. In this system, via ZigBee in ZigBee network, AtoN transmits its own GPS data to the GPRS AtoN which has a GPRS module. The GPS reference station receives and decodes the local DGPS data. Then, the GPS data of AtoN and the local DGPS data are broadcasted to the supervision center of AtoN management through GPRS. The accurate position of AtoN is computed in supervision center. This system will improve the positioning accuracy of AtoN in nearby area of reference station. It can be used for alarm of AtoN drift and improve the navigation safety of inland vessels.

In road traffic, there exists foggy condition very often. The foggy affects traffic efficiency, even leads to traffic accidents. So it is important to measure the visibility in foggy road traffic. With this problem, two foggy estimated algorithms are proposed in this paper. In first algorithm, two iamges are used to estimate visibility togather with Atmospheric Scattering Model. The two image must be in same scene and different weather condition. The second algrithm is used one foggy image to estimate the visibility. But there are two key points in the scene, and these points have similar illuminate property.Experments show that these algrithms are effective.
