Characteristics and Attitude Entrepreneurs: Development of Entrepreneurship Education in Graduation Students in a Brazilian University

This article aims to present the Project Education and Entrepreneurial Attitude of a Brazilian University, the focus of the project is to stimulate education and entrepreneurial attitude, initially, of the students of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), aiming to develop a foundation for the creation of a University Entrepreneur (UE). The first stage of the research, called informal research, identified teachers who, in the students’ opinion, develop singular activities in the classroom. For the quantitative approach two validated questionnaires were applied. The results show actions carried out through the project. The project has already included more than 8 mil students, distributed in 116 UFSM undergraduate courses. To date, 19 Entrepreneurial Attitude courses have been created in courses not geared to the business world.

Características comportamentais empreendedoras: um estudo com acadêmicos de administração de uma universidade brasileira

With the purpose of exploring the panorama of academic entrepreneurship, it was proposed to carry out this study, which aims to analyze the entrepreneurial behavioral characteristics (CCE’s) in undergraduate students in the administration of a higher education institution. For this, the following specific objectives were established: to outline the profile of the management students of the studied institution; Mapping the entrepreneurial behavioral characteristics of these academics; And propose actions to improve these characteristics. The research, with a quantitative and descriptive methodological approach, obtained a sample of 374 students responding to the McClelland CCE’S questionnaire, allowing the identification of deficiencies in the characteristics “persistence”, “taking calculated risks”, “goal setting” and “persuasion and networks Of contact”. Thus, it is suggested that the governing bodies of this university encourage the creation of programs and projects that stimulate the development of the entrepreneurial behavior of its students, in view of the relevance of the entrepreneurs role in society.

Economical Feasibility of alternative sources as secondary means for electricity generation in Brazilian gas stations

This article presents an economic feasibility study for replacement of electric power generators Diesel fuel stations by photovoltaic generation. This proposal is based on the use of a renewable source of energy with a view to a healthier environment is auguring-results and discussions to a promising future, especially considering these energy sources do not increase emissions of greenhouse gases, with less odor, less transport and less storage of fuels. At the end of the paper a being compared to diesel generation and photovoltaic basing a possible replacement for each other as the government is increasingly promoting a political series for development of cleaner forms of electricity generation.
