Russian Chemical Bulletin | 1983

Reaction of bis(triethylsilyl)- and bis(triethylgermyl)mercury with esters of α-bromocarboxylic acids

L. I. Rybin; D. V. Gendin; O. A. Vyazankina; N. S. Vyazankin

ConclusionsA method was developed for obtaining the O-silylated acetals of ketenes and the esters of α-germylated carboxylic acids, which is based on the reaction of the esters of α-bromocarboxylic acids with bis(triethylsilyl)- and bis(triethylgermyl)mercury.

Russian Chemical Bulletin | 1983

New synthesis of functionally substituted bis(silylmethyl)-mercury compounds

D. V. Gendin; L. I. Rybin; M. F. Larin; O. A. Vyazankina; N. S. Vyazankin

ConclusionsA general method was developed for the synthesis of bis(silylmethyl)mercury compounds, which is based on the photoinitiated chain free-radical reaction of bis(triethylsilyl)- and bis(triethylgermyl)mercury with chloromethylsilanes.

Russian Chemical Bulletin | 1979

Reaction of α-bromo ketones with bis(triethylsilyl)- and bis(triethylgermyl)mercury

D. V. Gendin; O. A. Kruglaya; I. D. Kalikhman; N. S. Vyazankin; G. G. Furin

Conclusions1. The reaction of bis (triethylsilyl)mercury with α-bromoacetophenone, its halo-substituted derivatives, and 1-bromo-1-phenyl-2-propanone gave the corresponding triethylsilyl ethers of enols. In the case of bis(triethylgermyl)mercury, depending on the employed α-bromo ketone, either the enol ether or a mixture of the O- and C-germylation products is formed.

Russian Chemical Bulletin | 1985

New method for the synthesis of functionally-substituted bis(silylmethyl)mercury compounds and benzoylgermanes

L. I. Rybin; D. V. Gendin; O. A. Vyazankina; N. S. Vyazankin

ConclusionsA new method has been developed for the synthesis of substituted bis(silylmethyl)mercury compounds and benzoylgermanes based on the reaction of bis(triethylgermyl)mercury with the corresponding chloromethylsilanes and benzoyl chloride in the presence of atmospheric oxygen.

Russian Chemical Bulletin | 1984

Mechanism for the reaction of triethylgermane with dialkylmercury compounds

D. V. Gendin; L. I. Rybin; T. I. Vakul'skaya; O. A. Vyazankina; N. S. Vyazankin

ConclusionsA radical chain mechanism was proposed for the reaction of triethylgermane with dialkylmercury compounds.

Russian Chemical Bulletin | 1983

Study of some bis(silylmethyl)mercury compounds by the1H29Si, and199Hg NMR method

M. F. Larin; D. V. Gendin; V. A. Pestunovich; L. I. Rybin; O. A. Vyazankina; N. S. Vyazankin

ConclusionsOn the basis of the NMR spectral data on1H,29Si, and199Hg nuclei, it was shown that Hg-X coordination interaction is possible for the compounds (Me3−nXnSiCH2)2Hg, which is manifested to a greater degree for the chloro derivatives.

Russian Chemical Bulletin | 1979

199Hg chemical shifts in some mercury-containing biheteroorganic compounds

M. F. Larin; D. V. Gendin; V. A. Pestunovich; O. A. Kruglaya; N. S. Vyazankin

Russian Chemical Bulletin | 1987

Mechanism of the thermolysis and photolysis of bis(triorganylstannyl)-mercurials and their stabilization

D. V. Gendin; L. I. Rybin; M. G. Voronkov; N. S. Vyazankin

Russian Chemical Bulletin | 1984

New method for the synthesis of trialkyl(triorganylsilylalkylthio)silanes and trialkyl(triorganylsilylalkylthio)germanes

M. G. Voronkov; N. F. Chernov; D. V. Gendin; L. I. Rybin; O. A. Vyazankina; N. S. Vyazankin

Russian Chemical Bulletin | 1983
