El compromiso y clima organizacional en la empresa familiar de Rioverde y del refugio Ciudad Fernández

Organisational commitment and climate in family-owned businesses in Rioverde and Refugio in Ciudad Fernandez, Mexico The present study�s main objective was to ascertain the commitment of participants engaged in family businesses and how this was related to the organisational climate in the municipalities of Rioverde and Refugio in Ciudad Fernandez in Mexico. The research was aimed at identifying which of Brown and Leigh�s (1996), organisational climate factors (immediate supervisor�s support, role transparency, personal contribution, recognition, expressing one�s own feelings and work as a challenge) contributed most towards organisational commitment from the workers� point of view.Organisational commitment�s three dimensions were examined: attitudinal, normative and calculative/continuance commitment (Meyer, Allen and Smith, 1993). Their relationship with some sociodemographic variables was also examined.

Adaptación del instrumento para evaluar la percepción del ruido ambiental en la zona urbana de Rioverde San Luis Potosí

The factorial analysis of multi-variant statistics technique was applied to Lopez Barrios instrument (1), which consists of 39 questions grouped into five main themes: General Satisfaction, Residential Satisfaction, Sources of Noise, Disturbance and Interference. With that test a new group of 3 dimensions was identified: the three factors were found reliable, therefore the original noise perception local instrument needs to be modified by reducing the quantity of items and constructs, toward obtaining the same information in a clearer and simpler form.
