300 MN die forging hydraulic press is the biggest die forging hydraulic press in our country, even in Asian, has made the tremendous contribution to our countrys national economy and the national defense development. The hydraulic synchronous control system is the important constituent of the hydraulic press, its blind area value, the return coefficient and the compensative flow relate the precision and the stability of the synchronous control system directly. This article, in the foundation of analysis of the moving beams stress model, uses the simplex method which the rate of convergence is quickly, carries on the optimization to above three parameters. The simulation result indicated that, under the maintenance of the system stable, chooses above parameters reasonably, can improve the moving precision and the response speed of the synchronous control system substantially.

Strong cohesiveness of dust such as quicklime, its cohesiveness is very strong and very easy to cohere the pipeline and dust collector body, to stop up the pipeline and the dust remover body, causing the device is not working properly. In order to solve this problem, based on the strong cohesiveness of dust characteristics, designing a set of wet dedusting system for purifying including coagulation, sedimentation, settlement separate as a whole, it is proved by practice that this scheme is simple and reliable, feasible and effective, can solve the problem of stopping up pipeline.

The opening and closing device is an important part of the high pressure valve, its working reliability directly determines the effect of sealing products. In view of the present high pressure valve is exposed, internal leakage and other issues, with the help of MATLAB, PRO/E and other software, the opening and closing device for innovation design. The results show that: the designed scheme realized zero leakage, fully meet the use requirements, at the same time, the design has the reference value to the similar sequence.

In order to ensure the rationality of the spatial position relation between key parts of the high-pressure valves opening and closing device, the virtual assembly of overall mechanism and parametric model of the valve is set up by PRO/E software; and taking the distance and angle for the two aspects of the interference analysis of the space position of the relationship between the key parts based on ADAMS and PRO/E, the results show that: this design can fully meet the design requirements, provides a theoretical basis for design.

In order to eliminate the hot steam and dust when the quicklime is slaking, the dust removal technology with multiphase flow water mist is provided in this study. The mechanism of dedusting, working principle and structure composition are introduced and the practical results show that dust removal technology is simple, feasible and effective, can effectively solve the long-standing problem of enterprise green production.

Quicklime have strong bonding and easy to caking characteristics¿easily plug the ventilation tube, lime dust problems can be said to be a major problem of the major iron and steel plants across the country. On the basic of multi-phase high-pressure water spray dust capture mechanism, the key technologies of the lime dust have been studied and applied in practice, made a good benefits to social and economic .
