Peer Conformity through Money Attitudes toward Adolescence’s Consumptive Behavior

This study aims to determine the effect of peer conformity through money attitudes toward adolescence’s consumptive behavior. The method used is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. Data collecting technique was done by using questionnaire. Sampling technique in this study was proportional stratified random sampling, the number of samples were 165 adolescents. Hypothesis testing in this study was conducted by using linear regression test with path analysis. The results show the significance of peer conformity influence on consumptive behavior was 32.4%. The value of the influence of peer conformity to consumer behavior is indirectly obtained by 11, 22%. The findings indicated all hypotheses were accepted, that peer conformity shows a significant effect on consumptive behavior. Adolescent who have high conformity will tend to behave consumptively.

The Reinforcement of Craft and Entrepreneurship Education in Senior High Schools

Received May 07, 2018 Revised Des 31, 2018 Accepted Jan 20, 2019 This research aimed to find out the constraints occurring in the implementation of craft and entrepreneurship education. This research employed qualitative research method. The research was taken place in three schools in DKI Jakarta as the beneficiaries of entrepreneurship program grant from the government. Data was collected through interview and observation. The result of research showed the less optimum implementation of craft and entrepreneurship education. The constraints the teacher encountered in the implementation of Craft and Entrepreneurship subject were: teacher having no background of Entrepreneurship Education, No Subject Teacher Discussion (MGMP) group available and no supporting activity for Craft and Entrepreneurship subject. Therefore, this research recommended the reinforcement of entrepreneurship education learning through establishing MGMP team, teacher training, and sustainable integration of entrepreneurship subject and program.

The development of learning process quality in improving the student's learning outcomes level of referral vocational school in Indonesia

Education has a strategic role in establishing formidable human resources to face the global free competition, including one in the vocational schools. The standard indicators to improve the education are competencies, contents, processes, educators, facilities, management, financing, assessment and National Exam Scores. This study was conducted to determine the interaction among the standard indicators of learning process for Referral Vocational Schools in Indonesia in order to improve the quality of learning process. The path and regression analysis are needed in conducting the research. The path analysis shows three direct effects between processes, assessment and competencies against National Exam Scores. Whereas, there are indirect effects between processes and assessment against National Exam Scores via competencies. Besides that, the regression analysis with the help of Minitab 16 shows that the contents and management criteria are affected by the processes criteria, while the educators, facilities and management are affected by the assessment criteria. And it can be concluded that the indicators of the learning process quality are the standard quality of lesson planning, standard of implementation of learning and standards of monitoring and evaluation.
