Speed Sensorless Induction Motor Drive Based on EKF and G-1 Model

This paper analyzes the Extend Kalman Filter(EKF)based on ¦£-1-type motor model, and on this basis, the sensor less rotor field-oriented control induction motor drive system is developed. EKF Analysis under ¦£-1-type model simplifies the state matrix and reduces computation of EKF. Changes of motor parameters in EKF are attributed to the state noise. It makes the output values of EKF observe more accurate, and the performance of the vector control system also can be improved. Then, this paper establishes open-loop speed estimator that has a simple structure and is easy to be implemented. At last, the control system is achieved by DSP. Our experiments show the speed-sensor less induction motor drive system has a good static and dynamic performance.

Design and control of 100% low floor light rail vehicle traction system

With the development of human-beingpsilas civilization, public transportation has achieved great progress, but more attention has to be taken for children, old men, and other people who are not convenient to take public traffic, LFLRV (low floor light rail vehicle) has so many advantages that it is a very good choice in the city for these people. This paper describes the traction system of the first 100% LFLRV in China, including the design concept and control system realization. The traction control system is consisted of double-DSP (digital signal processor) and FPGA (field programmable gate array), and IFOC (indirect field oriented control) strategy, is used to control the traction motors, the synchronous problem and control method of independent wheels is also given. The simulation and experimental results validate the valid of the design and control of the whole system.

Design and realization of 200KVA AC mine locomotive

For the special conditions such as underground, dusty, hard maintenance environment of mine area, ac motor, which overcomes some drawbacks of dc motor, is definitely the best choice for mine locomotive. This paper compares characteristics between dc drive and ac drive, and presents an ac drive system for mine locomotive. The full digital control, including slip frequency control in digital signal processor (DSP) and M/T speed testing method in complex programmable logic device (CPLD), was described. Hardware and software under space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) were designed for a 200 kilo voltage-ampere mine locomotive and some experiments were made, as well as waveforms. Now the mine locomotive is running in industry and performs well.
