Highlights • We reported the 80th case of chordoid glioma and reviewed the literature.• Clinical outcomes reported have been poor.• If possible, efficient treatment depends upon radical surgical resection, however partial resection with adjuvant radiosurgery can be the most recommend due to local tumor and morbid-mortality relation.• No chemotherapeutic regimen has been shown to be effective for CG.

Intraneural perineurioma is a benign tumor that occurs in less than 1% of peripheral nerve tumors; no more than 90 cases have been reported1,2. Tumorous lesions of the posterior interosseous nerve (PIN) have rarely been described3–5. An 18-year-old woman presented with a longstanding his tory of spontaneous progressive weakness in the PIN dis tribution (Figure 1). Ultrasonography and MRI studies (Figure 2) showed a nodular lesion in the PIN, measuring 1.0 cm at its greatest diameter. At surgical exploration a tumor (Figure 3) involving all the nerve fascicles was entirely re sected. The nerve was repaired by termino-terminal neurorrhaphy. Figure 4 shows the histological examination.

A 48-year-old man presented headaches in the last two months, and no neurological de cits. e computed tomography (CT) scan revealed an intraparenchymal hemorrhage localized in right frontal lobe1. The magnetic resonance (MR) showed the lesion included middle frontal gyrus, fronto-orbital region and gyrus rectus (Fig 1). Diagnostic cerebral angiography (DCA) demonstrated intracranial dural arteriovenous stulas (DAVF) classi ed as Borden IA2-5, a single stula with venous drainage directly into dural venous sinus or meningeal vein and antegrade ow (Fig 1). e DAVF was occluded after a right frontotemporoparietal craniotomy, and a DCA, one year after the procedure, showed no residual stula (Fig 2).
