Application of variable weight fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in evaluation of electric energy meter

The operation error of the electric energy metering device directly affects the accuracy of the electricity trade calculation, so its very important to ensure the device working accurately. With the popularity of electronic electric energy meter, traditional constant periodical test and replacement for electric energy meter is no longer suitable for current request. Considering the circumstance of present smart grid construction, this text have chosen indexes that reflect electric energy meters condition in three aspects. Also, based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), this text introduces adaptive varied weight method to build electric energy meter condition assessment model. This can solve the problem that the weight of indexes remain constant and reflect the influence on electric energy meter dynamically. Using this model, the electric energy meters condition assessment result can be obtained by every indexs condition, that can provide the basis for adjusting the period of test and replacement for electric energy meter.

The electricity measuring system and calibration technology in the new smart substations

The application of digital measuring devices in the new generation of smart substation has increased greatly year by year. Electronic transformers export the samples in format of IEC61850-9-1 signal frame. And smart electricity meters measure electricity via this signal frame. The principle and interface of electricity measuring have changed fundamentally. Therefore, traditional field calibration method cant be applied to the new digital measuring system any more. This paper compares the measuring system between traditional substation and digital substation, analyses the components of digital electricity measuring system in the new generation of smart substation, and describes the technical principle and characteristic of electronic transformer, merging unit and digital electricity meters. Finally, considering the problems existed in present digital electricity system of field calibration, some measures and suggestions are proposed in this paper.

Multi-in-one meter reading system based on neighbor mesh

For households, water, electricity and gas service is necessary. To solve the problem of polling metering model, a multi-in-one mechanism of meter network management was proposed. The 6LowPAN enabled neighbor meters will form a wireless Mesh network and report data directly. We designed data acquisition protocol and mesh network management system based on IPv6, and preliminary validated key functions in a prototype system. Experiments show that the new mechanism could significantly reduce usage of communication resources, and support new Internet enabled services.

The method and application of electric energy meter status evaluation fused security region

With the large-scale application of smart meter, for the needs of electric energy meter status evaluation and present situation of the large number of low-voltage electric energy meter and long time interval for the operational information collection, this paper present a method of electric energy meter status evaluation fused security region. Though analyzing the common factors that affect power metering accuracy and status, designed of the security domain model and evaluation system based on the status assessment algorithm in the virtual load network, got the key factors affecting the reliability of energy metering, and given the status evaluation, improve the accuracy of status evaluation, according to the result can dynamically guidance of the site inspection and adjust the cycle of rotation of the meter.
