Análisis comparativo de la producción científica en América latina sobre calidad de vida en el trabajo (CVT): énfasis en los resultados vinculados al servicio público

espanolSe analiza la literatura cientifica en America Latina sobre «Calidad de Vida en el Trabajo» (CVT), con enfasis en los resultados vinculados al servicio publico. Se llevo a cabo una investigacion biblio-metrica sobre el tema en el periodo de 2010 a 2016. Se obtuvieron 61 articulos. Como resultado, se verifico que Brasil y Colombia son actualmente los mayores productores de escritos cientificos sobre el tema, y solo en Brasil se identificaron estudios que utilizan un enfoque preventivo de la CVT. En relacion con los estudios sobre CVT en el ervicio publico, Brasil y Chile son los que publican mas estudios: Brasil presenta mas del 80% de los articulos analizados. Se advierte un predominio (por encima del 50%) de estudios descriptivos, cuantitativos, de corte transversal, con muestras no probabilisticas y recoleccion de datos a traves de encuestas. Este estudio ha permitido identificar lagunas en la investigacion, como estudios sobre los programas y politicas de CVT y gestion de la CVT, asi como la falta de estudios inter e intra-nacionales comparativos sobre el tema EnglishThis study aims to analyze the scientific production on QWL in Latin America, emphasizing the results linked to the public service. A bibliometric survey was conducted on the Quality of Life at Work (QWL), from 2010 to 2016. 61 articles were obtained. As a result, it was verified that Brazil and Colombia are currently the largest producers of scientific articles on the subject, and only studies in Brazil have been identified that use a preventive approach to QWL. In relation to studies of QWL in the public service, Brazil and Chile publish more studies, with Brazil Key wORDs:Quality of life at work, scientific production, Latin America, public service.accounting for more than 80% of the articles ana-lyzed. A significant predominance (above 50%) of descriptive, quantitative, cross —sectional studies with non— probabilistic samples was also identi-fied, and data collection was performed through a survey. This study made it possible to identify research gaps such as studies on programs and QWL policies and QWL management, as well as the lack of comparative inter and intranational studies on the subject.

Condicionantes para a formação de redes interorganizacionais no setor de confecção de Boa Vista-RR

Collaborative networks enterprises based on trust and cooperation, in wich theinterdependence between organizations. However, join a network is a challenge because it involves an open relationship with other business. This study aims to identify the likely constraints on performance in enterprise networks in the clothing industry in Boa Vista. We analyzed the influence of trust, the motivating factors and inhibitors, and became a social network analysis, to identify through the degree of centrality, and the position of each company relation to others, if the formation of effective networks between the companies studied. This descriptive, cross, with the method used, whose data were analyzed with the software UNICET 6289 and Pajek 1.19. As a result, we identified the possibility of formation of three business networks. The main activities to be shared are: transportation, purchase of supplies and technical assistance. As to information are shareable: the cost of raw materials, supply sources and technologies. It was also noted that among the main objectives common to the formation of business networks are to exert greater influence on the. Moreover, the possible groups of companies in the sector, would require different forms of management and individuals dependent on relational structures of each group of companies.
