Theories Regarding the Role of the Growth Poles in the Economic Integration

Emilian M. Dobrescu; Edith Mihaela Dobre

Abstract Until now, scientists were unanimous in assessing the role of growth poles in economic development. Growth poles are considered the most dynamic elements of economic growth, the real locomotive of integration on multiple levels: economic, technological, ideological, moral and spiritual development at regional, continental and global levels. Specialized literature stressed very little or no growth poles role in economic integration, although the development of national economies depend on connecting major urban centers in regional economic system, continental and global levels. Conversely, integration and globalization of economic, social, political, cultural, and moving towards a knowledge economy seem to be major factors in the transformation and restructuring of growth poles and urban systems dependent. If growth poles better realize their vocation integrating and implementing the innovative collaborative networks in a polycentric territory when they create conditions that allow people to make best use valences economic integration for developing areas. Also, growth poles using these integrative cooperation between areas and between small and medium-sized cities, both at internal borders and beyond the external frontiers of integrative area concerned. Grouping theories emitted mainly by economists and sociologists, in theory first, second and third generation, the study demonstrates basis on the assumption that economic growth poles stimulates and enhances economic integration in those areas, being with free economic zones, true core of economic integration.

These technical means can have miraculous effects related to human renewable energy storage. A medium force and renewable energy lifetime of the person concerned, that can be quantified as the average power sources of human-specific human and can be taken into account when making studies and research on human. Renewable energy characterizes the medium human renewable energys and average power renewable sources of man. After solar power, emanating from our planet with water geysers and thermal energy from biomass that after, the vital energy of man can be considered a strong form of renewable for on our planet, still insufficiently known, quantified and evaluated. The study has several models to showcase, respectively, to preserve renewable human energys sources.

Some Observations Regarding the International Databases

Emilian M. Dobrescu; Diana Mihaela Pociovălişteanu

Abstract A national database (NDB) or an international one (abbreviated IDB), also named often as “data bank”, represents a method of storing some information and data on an external device (a storage device), with the possibility of an easy extension or an easy way to quickly find these information. Therefore, through IDB we don‘t only understand a bibliometric or bibliographic index, which is a collection of references, that normally represents the “soft”, but also the respective IDB “hard”, which is the support and the storage technology. Usually, a database – a very comprehensive notion in the computers science – is a bibliographic index, compiled with specific purpose, objectives and means. In reality, the national and international databases are operated through management systems, usually electronic and informational, based on advanced manipulation technologies in the virtual space. On line encyclopedias can also be considered and are important international database (IDB). WorldCat, for example, is a world catalogue, that included the identification data for the books within circa 71.000 libraries in 112 countries, data classified through Online Computer Library Center (OCLC), with the participation of the libraries in the respective countries, especially of those that are national library.
