In this study, creating effects of different local site classes are investigated on total torsional moment in torsional irregularity structure. For this purpose, shear wall-frame multi-storey structure is designed according to torsional irregularity indicated Turkish Earthquake Code and analyzed. For solves linear time history analysis indicated Turkish Earthquake Code is used. Therefore, Marmara Earthquake occurred in 1999 and Northridge Earthquake occurred in 1994 is scaled according to four local site class in earthquake code and applied to the structure. Changing of total torsional moments obtained results of analysis according to local site class are determined. SAP2000 structure analysis program is used in analyses.
