The Internet protocol television (IPTV) services such as VOD, multi-channel SD/HD, T-Portal, T-Communication are provided for Customers through a super-highway information network (xDSL, FTTH, Cable etc). The Customers using IPTV services are requesting Service Providers to Customer quality assurance as network performance. Service providers and their customers often negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) to determine costs and penalties based on the achieved performance levels. Customers want to be provided better performance ever then. In order to achieve these goals, this paper presents an integrated SLA system for IP Media services. It is important to gather raw data measured end-to-end performance data through Agent in STB (set top box) and PE-to-PE through IP NMS in time. By gathering these performance data of end-to-end section, IPTV SLA system satisfies customer quality assurance and is trusted by customers. In this paper, we explain the metrics, Architecture, network of IPTV SLA. This SLA System aims to furnish service customers with good quality performance, to offer services providers to the chance of preventing violation of SLA contract.

The purpose of wireless LAN service is to provide mobile Internet environment for people who want to have wireless Internet using mobile devices. WLAN network consists of devices such as APs, routers, switches that are located in wide area, and they must be managed efficiently. So, wireless LAN network management system is developed, which is WLAN-NMS. It manages information of network elements and monitors the error status of each device on real-time. A WLAN-NMS that can manage a maximum of 50,000 network elements is designed and implemented and its operation and performance are shown.

This paper designs and implements the sensory effect Aggregator with functions to get real-sense data used in the Real-sense 4D Broadcasting Service interworking with heterogeneous multimedia devices. For considering broadcasting service aspects, we design the aggregator structure consisted of four parts: the sensing data collecting module, the sensing data handling module, the communication module with the broadcasting system and the feedback processing module. With the aggregator, we develop the real-sense broadcasting system to provide users real-sense effects with heterogeneous multimedia devices.

In legacy customer network management (CNM) systems, there is no key element to connect between CNM service customers and their network lines because of the absence of customer group identification information. In this condition, some of customers who want to manage all network lines which are requested several corporate departments cannot manage or monitor all their ATM network lines with only one CNM ID. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes the method of building customer profile information based on the policy-based customer information depository which is built by CNM operator and implements the Profile Management Module in CNM System.

Recently, plenty of voice quality measuring devices of VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) service is developed to support high quality VoIP service for communication. However, the existing voice quality measuring devices select the unique measurement method, which uses PESQ(Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality) or R-factor only. However, the each voice quality measurement method differs from its usage and assumed range, which leads to the slightly different results at the same testing area for voice services. At the actual VoIP service business and related regulatory organizations, they request to use the above two types of algorithm at the same time for measuring voice quality. However, the development expenses are very high to use the above two types of algorithm at the same time for measuring voice quality due to additional resources and subsidiary devices. VoIP business and regulatory agencies also request the hardware specification of the voice quality measurement device is similar to that of VoIP service user terminal, considering VoIP service supply at the wireless mobile internet such as WiBro(Wireless Broadband). In this paper, we present the voice quality measurement method by using of the above two algorithms at the one physical measurement device at the same time for more accurate and reliable VoIP voice quality measurement. In addition, we introduce the development method of the voice quality measurement device with relatively low cost.
