Pyeloplasty with t-tube ureterotomy

Abstract We present a method of splinting pyeloplasties by the use of a T-tube and demonstrate some of our operative results indicating that this approach affords a simple and successful way of definitive repair in patients with ureteropelvic junction obstructions.
