Abstract Squeezing in the exactly solvable multiphoton Jaynes-Cummings model is examined.
Physics Letters A | 1984
N.N. Bogolubov; Fam Le Kien; A.S. Shumovski
Abstract The dynamical behaviour of level filling and occupation numbers of photon modes is examined rigorously. A “quantum expression” for the Rabi frequency is obtained.
Physics Letters A | 1985
N.N. Bogolubov; Fam Le Kien; A.S. Shumovsky
Abstract For a three-level atom interacting with two modes of the quantized radiation field the time dependence of transition operators, photon amplitudes, and of operators of level populations and photon numbers is examined rigorously. It is shown that the availability of a mode detuning leads to the splitting of the “soft branch” of frequencies of two-photon Rabi oscillations.
Physica A-statistical Mechanics and Its Applications | 1985
N.N. Bogolubov; E.K. Bashkirov; Fam Le Kien; A.S. Shumovsky
An exact kinetic equation for a three-level macroscopic system interacting with an electromagnetic field is obtained taking into account the coherent pumping processes. On its basis the collective spontaneous radiation of the system is examined in the markovian limit. The relations between the parameters of the supperadiant pulse and those of the pumping pulse are obtained.
Physics Letters A | 1985
N.N. Bogolubov; Fam Le Kien; A.S. Shumovsky
Abstract The relations between photon statistical characteristics and atomic level populations are examined rigorously. The characteristic and photon distribution functions are found.
Physica A-statistical Mechanics and Its Applications | 1984
N.N. Bogolubov; Fam Le Kien; A.S. Shumovsky
An exact hierarchy for the Dicke-type model problems is obtained. On its basis spontaneous-radiation processes are examined.
Physica A-statistical Mechanics and Its Applications | 1990
E.K. Bashkirov; Fam Le Kien; A.S. Shumovsky
Abstract The spontaneous collective radiation of two two-level atoms with one-photon transitions in a nonideal cavity is considered. The temporal evolution of mean photon number, radiation rate and atomic population inversion is examined. The possibility of photon statistics change from sub-Poissonian to super-Poissonian is shown.
Physics Letters A | 1989
Ho Trung Dung; Fam Le Kien; E.I. Aliskenderov; A.S. Shumovsky
Abstract The time evolution of fluctuations in a squeezed single-mode field interacting with a two-level atom initially in a coherent superposition of excited and ground states is treated. The phase dependence is discussed.
Physica B-condensed Matter | 1988
Fam Le Kien; E.P. Kadantseva; A.S. Shumovsky
Abstract The generation of squeezed states of the cavity radiation field in the two-atom one-mode model with multi-photon transitions is investigated. The time-dependent squeezing factors are calculated. The conditions for optimum squeezing are derived.
EPL | 1987
N.N. Bogolubov; Fam Le Kien; A.S. Shumovsky
The appearance of nonclassical correlation between light beams due to the interaction with an atom in a three-level two-mode Jaynes-Cummings-type model is examined.
