With respect to the multiple attribute decision making problems with linguistic preference relations on alternatives in the form of incomplete linguistic judgment matrix, a method is proposed to analyze the decision problem. The incomplete linguistic judgment matrix is transformed into incomplete fuzzy judgment matrix and an optimization model is developed on the basis of incomplete fuzzy judgment matrix provided by the decision maker and the decision matrix to determine attribute weights by Lagrange multiplier method. Then the overall values of all alternatives are calculated to rank them. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method.

This paper gives a new analytical solution for assessment level of experts in multi-attribute group decision-making. A new consistent estimator is made by the method on basis of mathematical statistic theory, according to experts’ information provided in decision-making matrices , assessment level of experts is estimated and judged adversely, that is difference of assessment level and estimation of weight can be gotten, and assessment level of experts is arranged in order , assessment experts are sorted after all.

The aim of this paper is to propose a new method for solving the multiobject assignment problem with interval numbers. In the method, firstly, risk attitude parameter is employed to represent the decision-makers (DMs) risk attitude in uncertain environment. Secondly, interval numbers are transformed into crisp values using interval mapping function based on the risk attitude parameter, and the assignment problem with interval numbers is transferred into the traditional assignment problem, which can be solved using Hungary algorithm. Furthermore, the situations that the number of persons is not equal to the number of jobs are also considered in this paper. Moreover, the steps of method for solving the multiobject assignment problem with interval numbers are given. Finally, the feasibility and validity of proposed method are illustrated by a practical example.

Logistics service supply chain (LSSC) is a new type of service supply chain, and research on channel coordination of LSSC has increasingly caught the attention in supply chain studies. Given the influence of fairness concern behavior, it is necessary to incorporate fairness concern into LSSC to discuss its effect on channel coordination. This paper examines the wholesale price contract under a two-echelon LSSC setting with stochastic demand from the perspective of LSIs fairness concerns. Two fairness models are established, that is, disadvantageous inequality aversion model and advantageous inequality aversion model. Moreover, a benchmark model is constructed without fairness concerns included. By deriving models and analyzing numerical experiments, several assumptions are justified. The contribution of this paper lies in twofold: first, a relative advantage status coefficient is introduced; second, a coordination scenario under a wholesale price contract is reached under a certain condition.

Firstly, this paper gives the definition of Performance and Achievements of Administrative Organizations (PAAO) and that of Knowledge Sharing. Secondly, it analyzes the problems accruing from Chinas traditional model of PAAO. Lastly, with the above analysis, it brings forward the improved Knowledge Sharing-based model of PAAO, analyzes the knowledge characteristics of administrative organizations and the mutual influences, and sets forth the important role that Knowledge Sharing plays in improving the model of PAAO.

Basing on the knowledge-based view and dynamic theory, this paper puts forward the definition of knowledge capability firstly and the components of which are analyzed. Then the warning index is proposed and an early warning model of knowledge capability is set up with the method of ANN. Moreover combined countermeasures are suggested to make the early warning mechanism of knowledge capability complete and perfect.

On the basis of reviewing on the existing literatures about knowledge transfer, this paper states that the context factors proposed in prior research do not apply for the situation of the tacit knowledge transfer in knowledge alliances very well. And basing on an empirical research, tacit knowledge transfer context in knowledge alliance are obtained and then a tacit knowledge transfer model in knowledge alliance is presented in order to propose some concrete strategies to promote the tacit knowledge transfer in knowledge alliances

To solve the packing proposals problem in large-scale R&D project review, a-nonlinear 0-1 integer programming model with multiobjective is presented. The first objective is to minimize the quantity difference between the number of proposals for each package and the average number of proposals that peer reviewers would like to review. The second objective is to minimize the probability that proposals belong to the same organization be packed into one package. A weighted sum method is applied to treat multiple objectives. Then, a genetic algorithm with sequence encoding and PMX crossover is developed to solve this model. Finally, a numerical experiment designed to simulate the proposal packing process of NSFC is described to illustrate the use of the proposed method

Basing on the view of dynamic capacity and knowledge-based view, this paper explores the definition and dimensions of knowledge competence. Differing from previous literature that think knowledge competence is the sum total of the knowledge assets of organizations, this paper defines knowledge competence as including both knowledge accumulating and knowledge operating capabilities. And an empirical study is conducted to study the effects of knowledge competence on organization performance. A number of researchers suggest that locally embedded knowledge and skills may be a competence for the firm and a source of enduring competitive advantage. The result of our study suggests that a focus on knowledge operating capabilities as a source of enduring competitive advantage may provide useful insights into the sources of enduring differences in organization performance. It also supports the view that the ability to integrate knowledge both across the boundaries of the firm and across disciplines and product areas within the firm is an important source of strategic advantage
