In order to accurately and efficiently analyze the shielding effectiveness of high-transparent ring metallic mesh with submillimeter period and micrometer linewidth, an equivalent reactance model for the ring metallic mesh is proposed by using the equivalent reactance of its external and internal square meshes as well as two proportional factors. A ring metallic mesh sample was fabricated by UV-lithography and its shielding effectiveness was measured at 0° and 30° incident S-polarization microwaves. Experimental results agree well with simulated results, which proves the correctness of the equivalent reactance model proposed. So the equivalent reactance model can be used in the calculation and analysis of shielding effectiveness of high-transparent ring metallic mesh.

The vanadium oxide thin films are prepared on zinc selenide by DC magnet sputtering method. The optical character changing of vanadium oxide thin films are tested by CO2 laser, some phenomena is observed. The components are gotten by The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The films are annealed to tune their components. A spectral transmittance study has been made from 2.5 μm to 25 μm. Vandium oxide thin films transmittance under different CO2 laser power are measured. 80 mJ power can make the temperature of vanadium oxide thin films 5°C higher.

Based on the technical requirement of a certain distortion correction system for infrared imaging system, we design the structure of distortion board and establish the three-dimensional model by Pro/Engineer. Then, modal analysis is done by Pro/MECHANICA. The natural frequency and the first four vibration models of the distortion board are obtained. The analysis results show the weak link of the structure and reliable foundations are provided for the optimization design of the structure. The article proposes the net distributed reinforcing rib. The modal analysis results show that the presented optimization design has comparatively high natural frequency and meet flatness requirement, so it will produce a better measurement performance.
