A wide range of steganography techniques has been described in this paper. Beside the evaluation of embedding parameters for the existing techniques, two problems -weaknesses- of substitution techniques are investigated which if they could be solved, the large capacity - strength- of substitution techniques would be practical. Furthermore, a novel, principled approach to resolve the problems is presented. Using the proposed genetic algorithm, message bits are embedded into multiple, vague and higher LSB layers, resulting in increased robustness.

This paper presents a novel, principled approach to resolve the remained problems of substitution technique of audio watermarking. Using the proposed genetic algorithm, message bits are embedded into multiple, vague and higher LSB layers, resulting in increased robustness. Substitution techniques have naturally high capacity, but two major problems, having low robustness and transparency, negate the advantage. The robustness specially would be increased against those intentional attacks which try to reveal the hidden message and also some unintentional attacks like noise addition as well.

Nowadays, we use cryptography keys to secure our communications. One of the common ways for securing data exchanging is via the use of symmetric keys to encipher transmitted data over network. Todays practices for managing keys face many issues in key generation, distribution, and revocation. In this paper we propose interpretative key management method which is simpler than the current practices. Eliminating the need for key storage, the need for key distribution, automatic key revocation, and unique key per session are the main features of the new proposed key management method. Deletion of some steps and replacing some others with new ones helped us to dominate many issues faced with common practices of key management.

The aim of this paper is to present the role of Artificial Intelligence techniques (Expert systems) to enhance reflective e-portfolios quality. Some AI techniques such as the expert system; scheduling; Data Mining can support us to enhance our reflective e-portfolios quality. These tools together will define new intelligent Reflective e-portfolio that provides intelligent and customized learning method for each student based on their backgrounds and their realities. This paper analyzes the role of AI-Expert Systems to enhance learning smartness. The final vision of intelligent reflective e-portfolio is to act as an expert to consult students and support them to make Right decisions for their learning complexities.

Business intelligence (BI) system offers competitive advantages to public organisations by gathering, storing and analysing large volume of data for effective decision making. Although, the rate of BI implementation within public sector organisations is increasing, still some of the BI implementation projects fail. Hence, this study aims to investigate the critical success factors (CSFs), which affect the success of BI system implementation in public sector organisations. This study structures previous research by presenting a comprehensive classification of CSFs in the area of BI system implementation success. The review of the literature identifies the large number of CSFs for BI success mostly related to private sector organisations. Moreover, prior studies indicate that there has not been enough research on impact of culture on success of BI system implementation. Finally, the main finding of this study revealed achieving success in BI system implementation in public sector organisation is associated with four factors namely culture of learning, decision-making culture, information sharing culture and collaboration culture under culture dimension.

E-portfolio is a new education technology; some of the students are not willing to use e-portfolio. e-portfolio features must be designed based on the students requirements and demands to encourage them to use e-portfolio. Applying features toward employment of fresh graduated can motivate students to use e-portfolio. The aim of this research embeds some new features in e-portfolios related to employment to assist in student to have better job opportunity.
