Analyze and Correct Model for Machining Involute Spline

The rolling technic of involute spline has many advantages. This method can increase the production efficiency, has no cutting, can improve the metal structure of machining surface to increase the quality of surface and prolong the life of product, so the technic is used extensively in the industry of automobile and tractor. The design model of spline outline is built according to the formative theory of equidistant spiral surface by means of meshing principle of involute spline, roller is manufactured and machining spline is test according to the model. The correction of spline outline is accounted by means of measuring the outline of spline in three-coordinates measuring machine and comparing the measuring data and the data of ideal involute spline. The spline is remachined in corrected roller and ideal spline shape is gotten.

Simulation Analysis of Metal Flow in High-Speed Cold Roll-Beating

In order to achieve the metal flow law in high-speed cold roll-beating, the metal flow state was analyzed on the basis of the principle of high-speed cold roll-beating and the Law of Minimum Resistance. The finite element analysis model was established based on the processing of involute spline; high-speed cold rolling forming process was simulated. The equivalent strain and the flow track of a set of nodes on the contact surface on different time are analyzed, the flow law of each node is given, and simulation analysis result is compared with theoretical analysis result.

The Wavelet De-Noising of Vibration Signals for Aircraft Rolling Bearings

Aiming at air rolling bearing vibration signals low SNR and nonstationary characteristics, taking wavelet theory and principles of the wavelet noise reduction for air vibration signals of rolling bearings to conduct wavelet noise reduction processing.By means of the simulation signal wavelet noise reduction processing and fast Fourier transform, the contrast analysis of the vibration signals after wavelet noise reduction and FFT transform and the original signal directly to the result of the fast Fourier transform, and thus prove the validity of the vibration signal wavelet noise reduction. Through the actual vibration signals of bearing conductnoise reduction processing, the result is a further indication of the superiority of wavelet noise reduction in eliminate noise interference.

Simulation Study on the High-Speed Single-Point Accumulation Forming Process of Involute Spline

The high-speed cold roll-beating technology is adopted to realize the single-point accumulation forming of involute spline. Firstly, the principle of the forming technology is analyzed. Then the FEA model of the cold roll-beating of involute spline is built, the forming process simulation is finished with the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to obtain the stress, strain and the metal flowing law of the forming process. Finally the experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of the simulative results. This study can provide guidance for further study of the forming mechanism and practical application of the single-point accumulation forming technology.

Process Parameters Optimization of Ballscrew Manufactured by Cold Rolling

To optimize the process parameters of cold rolling the finite element model of metal plastic flow in cold rolling was carried out based on the cold forming principle of ballscrew and rigid-plastic finite element theory. The adaptive mesh refinement was utilized to improve calculation accuracy in large plastic deformation zone. Using lagrangian algorithm the processing of cold rolling is numerically simulated by DEFORM-3D. The appropriate revolution speed is got by analyzing different simulation results such as the maximum stress and maximum strain and flow velocity etc. under different revolution speeds. The appropriate transmission ratio is got by analyzing different simulation results such as the maximum stress and maximum strain and flow velocity etc. under different transmission ratios. The research results provide evidence for process parameters optimization. At the same time those research results lay a foundation of further study of forming mechanism.

Research on Bearing Life Prediction Based on Three Parameters Weibull Distribution

To those bearings which are used in the field of aerospace, when doing the test of bearing life of the high precision and high reliability, the small sample datas and non-failure phenomenon will occur. To be able to accurately predicting the life and reliability of bearing, the paper analyzes geometry and physics meaning of three parameters of Weibull distribution based on the three parameters Weibull distribution theory. And Builds the Weibull likelihood function. According to Newton iterative method, the left of equations set is expansed to make it transformed into linear equations set. Then iterative calculate the parameters estimate value. So obtain bearing reliability model of three parameters Weibull distribution. Failure statistics shows that the mathematical model of the paper can predict the actual life of bearing.

Study on Laser Triangulation Measurement Principle of Three Dimensional Surface Roughness

The basic principle of three-dimensional surface roughness laser triangulation has been analyzed in this paper, Light-path diagram and optical geometric relationship of direct-type and symmetric oblique-type triangulation measurement is studied, the mathematical model of Surface micro-height information analysis is given. Resolution of direct-type and symmetric oblique-type triangulation measurement is compared both qualitatively and quantitatively. At last, the Application of laser triangulation method in Three-dimensional surface roughness measurement is analyzed.

Shaping Movement Analysis and Simulation of Ballscrew Manufactured by Cold Rolling

According to the kinematics theory of part surface forming motion and engagement principle, shaping movement of ballscrew manufactured by cold rolling has been investigated. The motion relationship and mathematical model of ballscrew have been built. By means of ADAMS and MATLAB the motion simulation and numerical calculation of cold rolling have been done. From analysis results, motion relationships between roller and workpiece and forming principle of cold rolling have been revealed. These studies will provide quantitative basis for technologic research of cold rolling and promote the study of ballscrew’s cold rolling forming mechanism.

Reflection and Refraction of Coupled Transverse and Micro-Rotational Wave at Interface between Two Micropolar Elastic Solid

Using the model of micropolar generalized magneto-thermo-elasticity, the coupled transverse and micro-rotational wave at an interface between two micropolar solid mediums is discussed in the presence of a constant magnetic field. The model can be applied to the coupled theory as well as to five generalizations: the Lord-Shulman theory with one relaxation time, the Green-Lindsay theory with two relaxation times, the Green-Naghdi theories of type II(without energy dissipation) and of type III, and the theory with dual-phase-lag. Using continuous conditions at the interface, the amplitude ratios of reflected and refracted longitudinal displacement waves, longitudinal micro-rotational waves and the coupled transverse and micro-rotational waves are studied for incident coupled transverse and micro-rotational wave. The effect of thermal relaxation is discussed for C-D theory, G-L theory and L-S theory. The numerical results show that the effects of thermal relaxation times are very significant on the amplitude ratios.
