Corpos sonhados-vividos: a dimensão onírica do poder em Michel Foucault e sua relação com a Psicologia

A obra de Michel Foucault destaca o corpo, “interpenetrado de historia”, enquanto expressao das forcas de poder e de saber, que se articulam estrategicamente, na historia da sociedade ocidental. Na medida em que “o poder e um produtor de individualidade e que o individuo e uma producao do poder e do saber”, o corpo e uma peca dentro de um jogo de dominacoes e de submissoes, presente em toda a rede social, no processo historico de producao da subjetividade. Esta pesquisa analisa a dimensao onirica na genealogia de Foucault e visa verificar os efeitos historicos do poder e do saber na construcao do imaginario subjetivo, atraves do corpo, em uma relacao reciproca entre o campo da Psicologia e da Filosofia.Michel Foucault’s work highlights body, “interpenetrated by history”, as an expression of forces of power and knowledge, which get strategically articulated in the history of occidental society. As “the power is a producer of the individuality and that the individual is a production of the power and knowledge”, the body is a piece within a domination and submission play which is present in the whole social network, in the historical process of production of subjectivity. This research analyzes the oneiric dimension in the genealogy of Foucault and it aims to verify the historical effects of the power and knowledge in the construction of the subjective imaginary, through the body, in a reciprocal approach between Psychology and Philosophy fields.

A psicologia em História da Loucura de Michel Foucault

Michel Foucault investiga “a historia das relacoes que o pensamento mantem com a verdade” e desnaturaliza corpo, alma e psique considerando-os invencoes historico-discursivas, as quais so tem sentido se inseridas em determinados arranjos epistemicos de producao de verdades, no caso, o surgimento das ciencias humanas. E sta pesquisa estuda a ordem do discurso foucaultiano sobre a Psicologia em sua fase arqueologica, no livro Historia da Loucura , com o intuito de oferecer subsidios para a compreensao da historia dos discursos da Psicologia, no que se refere a edificacao do sujeito e do objeto psicologicos e em seus efeitos subjetivadores (Agencia Financiadora: FAPESP).

Educação Permanente em Saúde Mental: relato de experiência

Este artigo relata o desenvolvimento do curso-piloto de formacao em Saude Mental, Doutor, eu sou normal? Reuniu usuarios, tecnicos e gestores do Nucleo de Atencao Psicossocial de Santos I (NAPS I). O projeto objetivava, com as tematicas propostas, analisar sua aplicacao teorico-metodologica e refletir sobre o cuidado em Saude Mental, com os diferentes atores envolvidos. A analise da aplicacao indicou importantes problematicas do campo da saude mental: o processo de medicalizacao, a producao da loucura, o apagamento das subjetividades e o controle dos sujeitos. Assim, proporcionou reflexoes sobre o protagonismo dos participantes, os processos historico-sociais relacionados as terapeuticas e saberes sobre o sofrimento psiquico, e, ao mesmo tempo, despertou importantes reflexoes sobre a dimensao etico-politica do cuidado.

Discursos selvagens-disciplinados: os saberes psis na arqueologia de Foucault

RESUMO - Michel Foucault investiga a diversidade dos sistemas e o jogo das descontinuidades na historia dos discursos do senso comum, pre-cientificos e cientificos, dentre eles, o da psicologia. Esta pesquisa estuda a ordem do discurso foucaultiano sobre a psicologia nas seguintes obras desse autor: Sobre a Arqueologia das Ciencias – Resposta ao Circulo Epistemologico, A Arqueologia do Saber e A Ordem do Discurso. Verificou-se que Foucault critica a pressuposicao de uma historia continua, unitaria e totalizadora da psicologia, ja que pluralizada, em seu processo de constituicao, pelos multiplos jogos de verdades da historia dos discursos. Conclui-se que Foucault evidencia o apagamento dos contornos do campo discursivo da psicologia, como dos demais discursos da historia do pensamento humano, de maneira inter-relacionada. ABSTRACT - Michel Foucault describes the diversity of systems and the set of discontinuities in the history of common sense discourses, pre-scientific and scientific, among them that of psychology. This research studies the order of Foucaut’s discourse about psychology in the following works: About the Archeology of Sciences- An Answer to the Epistemological Circle, The Archeology of Knowledge and The Order of Discourse. It was verified that Foucault criticizes the assumption of a continuous, unitary and totalizing history of psychology and argues that in its developmental process, psychology was pluralized by multiple truth sets of the history of discourses. It was concluded that Foucault highlights the whiteout of the boundaries in psychology’s discursive field, as well as in other discourses in the history of human thought, in an interrelated way. The body’s enunciation is a fundamental discursive element on the modern subject’s truth game. Foucault’s bibliography, commentators and other modern philosophers foreground current research which studies the issue of the body in the French philosopher’s archaeological phase, mainly in The Order of Things. The discursive constitution of the body, life and man in their subjectification effects are highlighted, with special reference to the psychological subject’s discursive constitution. In fact, Foucault de-naturalizes the body and presents it as a key concept (specification grade) in the production of discourses on modern man. Psyche is thus understood not as emanation or as the body’s metaphysical essence, but as a discursive instrument, singularly emergent in the history of modern thought (FAPESP).
