Modeling Role Interactions in a Social Organization for the Simulation of the Social Production and Management of Urban Ecosystems: The Case of San Jerónimo Vegetable Garden of Seville, Spain

This paper presents some preliminary results obtained in the modeling of a multiagent system for the simulation of the social production and management of a urban ecosystem, in particular, the project of the San Jerónimo Vegetable Garden of city of Seville, Spain. We introduce a study regarding the interactions between agent roles in this particular social organization. For that, we use Activity Diagrams of UML, which provide a clear visualization of the communication between agent roles and allow the identification of communication protocols used by the agents. Furthermore, we show an initial proposal for the encapsulation of those protocols in Cart Ago artifacts, presenting a more modular approach for agent communication in multiagent systems.

As emoções nas interações e a aprendizagem significativa

A teoria da aprendizagem significativa considera a educacao como o conjunto de experiencias cognitivas, afetivas e psicomotoras que contribuem para o desenvolvimento do estudante. As inter-relacoes entre significacao e afetividade podem ser aprofundadas a partir de uma base teorica da psicologia neurocognitiva. Neste texto propomos alguns elementos teoricos para o aprofundamento e a consideracao explicita da vertente emocional do conhecimento e da aprendizagem significativa, articulando a teoria educacional de Novak a abordagem neurobiologica de Antonio Damasio.

Metodologias de pesquisa no ensino de ciências na América Latina: como pesquisamos na década de 2000

In this article we present the results of a research about the research methods used in science education in Latin America during 2000-2009, as shown by the articles published in renowned Latin-American journals. We also discuss different aspects that may be useful for improving the quality of the research in science education.
