This study aims to present the dialogue with three teachers of Physical Education from the earlier grades of elementary school, giving a special attention to the evaluation practi- ces. It was conducted a semi-structured interview as the research tool, and the analysis of the content was used for the interpretative basis. Results show possibilities of evaluating Physical Education classes based on different recording instruments, considering the specificity of this curriculum component. Objetiva produzir uma releitura das experiencias avaliativas de alunos egressos de Educacao Fisica do Cefd/Ufes. Tem como proposito evidenciar, ou nao, a transformacao de si na condicao docente, no tocante as avaliacoes da aprendizagem. Fundamenta-se na pesquisa do tipo investigacao-formacao. Utiliza como fonte as narrativas produzidas oralmente nos anos de 2011, quando os sujeitos eram alunos, e 2014, na condicao de professores. Os resultados mostram, a partir da releitura realizada, uma nova compreensao sobre a avaliacao vivenciada em sua formacao inicial, reconhecendo a necessidade de diversificacao, quando analisada a natureza do que se avalia e o saber desse componente curricular.
