A design of overpressure protection system is presented for the mobile field medical shelters. The system compositions, structures and installations were comprehensively designed and manufactured by the modular analysis method according to the characteristics of defensive logistic operations for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear air contaminations to the mobile field hospital. The effects of overpressure protection system were verified through a series of experiments on different shelters, which showed that more than 300 pascals overpressure could be achieved in the separate expanded shelters, and more than 100 pascals overpressure could be achieved in the interconnected expanded shelters. The experiments indicate that the overpressure protection system can meet the demands of relevant protection standards, and can provide effective protection for the medical shelters under suddenly CBRN contamination attacks.

Mobile operating room plays a very important role in treating patients in natural disasters such as earthquake and tsunami. However, development of surgical technology in the 21st century provides the opportunity for constructing a mobile operating room, which is also increasingly dependent on demonstrating safety, efficacy and cost effectiveness. Success in planning an efficiently mobile hybrid operating room many factors must be considered including pace limited, workflow, protocols, equipment and ergonomics. This paper will present several considerations of setting up a mobile hybrid operating room.

The thesis research aimed to develop a novel approach to model and control a 6-DOF manipulator for specific tasks. The modeling and control method take into account velocity of the dynamical model. The camera and acquisition system were developed in order to significantly increase the bandwidth of the manipulator. Multi-Input and Multi-Output (MIMO) is used to optimally control the visual loop with respect to the proposed dynamical model. Experimental results on a 6-DOF manipulator for rescue robot are presented that validate the proposed model. Furthermore, a precise synchronization method is used to reduce the delays of image transfer and processing. The experiment results show a biggish improvement of the loop performance with respect to more classical control methods for 6-DOF manipulator.
