Eine Operationsindikation liegt vor, wenn die Einziehung mehr als 25% der normalen Thoraxtiefe beträgt, pathologische EKG-Veränderungen und Wirbelsäulenveränderungen bestehen, die Thoraxdeformität psychisch den Patienten belastet. 131. Die erweiterte Dünndarmresektion bei rezidivierendem Dünndarmileus im Kindesalter

SummaryIn a 10-year-period, 130 children were operated on for small bowel obstruction. In 45 cases the reason for this obstruction was a previous laparotomy. In 13 of these 45 relaparotomies laparotomy had to be performed again. In 40 % of these cases the blood supply of the bowel was impaired. Dilated, hypertrophied and atonic segments of small bowel should always be resected in order to establish a small bowel anastomosis with viable bowel segments.ZusammenfassungIn 10 Jahren werden 130 Kinder wegen eines Dunndarmileus operiert. In 45 Fallen war die Ursache des Dunndarmileus eine vorausgegangene Laparotomie. Bei 13 dieser 45 Relaparotomien mußte erneut eine Laparotomie durchgeführt werden. In 40 % der Relaparotomiefälle war ein durchblutungsgestörter Darm die Ursache dafür. Funktions- and durchblutungsgestörte, dilatierte, hypertrophierte and atonische Darmanteile, die für die normale Peristaltik ungeeignet sind, sollen durch eine erweiterte Resektion des Dünndarms reseziert werden (Anastomose vitaler Diinndarmabschnitte).

Summary4100 accidents in children have been followed up regarding the localisation, the time and the kind of the accident. A survey of typical traffic accidents in childhood is given. The so-called abdominal lavage is of special significance to detect early bleeding in the abdomen (n = 149). A survey of the operative procedures in cases of multiple trauma is given. Typical reactions of children which can lead to traffic accidents are given. This should be an information to all who drive and encounter children.ZusammenfassungStatistik über 4100 Unfälle im Kindesalter nach Unfallort, Unfallzeit und Art des Unfalls. Überblick über die Verkehrskenntnisse von Kindern, sowie typische Fehlverhaltensweisen von Kindern und Erwachsenen im Straßenverkehr. Besondere Bedeutung hat die Bauchspülung zur Früherkennung intraabdomineller Blutungen (n = 149). Überblick über Operationstaktisches Vorgehen bei Mehrfachverletzungen. Kenntnisse der typischen Fehlverhaltensweisen der Kinder im Straßenverkehr sind eine wichtige Information für all diejenigen, die Auto fahren und Kindern begegnen (Unfallverhütung bei Kindern).
