Today is consolidated the importance of physical activity to health, so it is important to know the eff ects of exercise for primary prevention and secondary. A regular physical activity of mild intensity results in signifi cant benefi ts in term of health, while a sedentary lifestyle and otherrisk factors contributeto development of chronic degenerative diseases, in particular cardiovascular. The advanced age does not contraindicate physical activity and exercise can prevent cardiovascular and disability diseases in the elderly. In the elderly person physical exerciseis able toimprove muscular tone and movement skills, of reduce the risk of sudden death caused by cardiovascular diseases, of reduce the development of tumors and metabolic disorders, as well as of delay the decline of cognitive function. The aim of this literature review is to clarify the link and the eff ects between physical activity, aging and cardiovascular diseases, providing practical indications for a useful physical activity for elderly subjects with cardiovascular problems;adapting to the skills of the elderly person, prescribed after careful assessment of the environmental conditions in which it must take place. In conclusion, a physical activity program fi nds a sure indication both in elderly subjects without and with pathologies and in the elderly with high risk of disability.

The dribble is a individual offensive fundamental in basketball, which offers many points of reflection, from technical point of view, from tactical point of view and biomechanical. This paper tries to clarify from various points of view technical, tactical and biomechanical, those that are the fundamental elements of the dribble, in order to optimize the setting and specific preparation in different game situations. Furthermore, we hope to take it as an example to apply some technical elements in the practice of sport, and abandon generic training methods unsustainable in the modern agonistic sport activity.

The article investigates on the educational value and upon the teacher of support, trying to clarify some aspects of inclusive education and school integration. Starting from the central role of the teacher of support is analysed by the task of its educational dimension, the different competences that are required to him, the aspects linked to the action of didactic that teachers can intervene to increase the level of integration and inclusion in the classroom, the best possible practices to be used in the classroom in order to better value the individual differences and to increase the highest possible educational success for students with special educational needs. Finally, it is hoped the use of cooperative learning, rather than learn by competitiveness and individualistic, since encourage more interaction between disabled and non-disabled students, a greater empathy between them, without forgetting that inclusive education is facilitated in school environments in which the teaching is active and where difficulties and problems that arise are analyzed to produce improvements.
