Development of the integrated expert systems with the problem-oriented methodology and the problems of the intellectualization of AT-TECHNOLOGY workbench are reviewed. Intelligent technology for integrated expert systems construction is described, in particular for dynamic integrated expert systems construction. Intelligent planning methods applied for integrated expert systems development plan generation are described with usage of the intelligent planner, reusable components, typical design procedures, and other intelligent program environment components. Discussed technology was used for building tutoring IES prototypes for different courses/disciplines and two industrial dynamic IES prototypes: “Management of medical forces and resources for major traffic accidents” and “Resource management for satellite communications system between regional centers”.
ieee international conference on intelligent systems | 2016
Galina V. Rybina; Yury M. Blokhin
The paper focuses on the problem of the integrated expert systems with the problem-oriented methodology development and the AT-TECHNOLOGY workbench intellectualization problems. Special operational component intelligent planner controls the development process. The intelligent planner uses automated planning technology techniques in its core. The development of integrated expert system is shown as a planning problem. Some necessary models and technical details of intelligent program environment are described. The other crucial components of intelligent program environment such as reusable components and typical design procedures are briefly discussed.
International Conference on Knowledge Engineering and the Semantic Web | 2014
Galina V. Rybina; Yury M. Blokhin
The paper discusses the problem of distributed knowledge acquisition for the construction of complete and consistent knowledge bases in integrated expert systems via the sharing of knowledge sources of different topologies (the focused in this work databases as electronic media, experts and problem-oriented texts). The work is focused on models and methods of distributed knowledge acquisition from databases as additional knowledge sources and automation of the process by using an intelligent program environment. Special typical design procedure, called “Distributed knowledge acquisition” is reviewed, which provides synchronization ofdistributed knowledge acquisition processes. This procedure uses the technological knowledge base of the intelligent planner of the AT-TECHNOLOGY workbench and special program tools.

The authors discuss the problem of distributed knowledge acquisition for the construction of complete and consistent knowledge bases in integrated expert systems, in particular dynamic integrated expert systems, via sharing of knowledge sources of different topologies (databases as electronic media, experts and problem-oriented texts). This work is focused on models and methods of distributed knowledge acquisition from databases as additional knowledge sources and automation of the process via intelligent program environment. It is discussed in context of dynamic integrated expert systems development, so the problem of temporal knowledge acquisition is also mentioned. Special standard design procedure for dynamic integrated expert system construction and for combined knowledge acquisition method is reviewed, which provides synchronization of knowledge acquisition processes in distributed variant. This procedure uses technologic knowledge base of intelligent planner of AT-TECHNOLOGY workbench and special program tools.
