This paper presents a simple technique for distinguishing the transient faults and permanent faults on transmission lines. Based on signal wavelet singularity detection, the modulus maxima of the wavelet transform at singular points in the fault phase voltages under different earth resistances is simulated. A system design based on signal wavelet singularity detection and fault phase selector is proposed to realize the single-pole adaptive reclosure. Theoretical analysis and MATLAB simulation results show that the proposed technique is correct and valid.

The structure and function of integrated automation system of traction substation for express electric railway lines developed by our university are discussed in this paper. The paper mainly describes the function installation of monitoring and communication unit, video monitoring and control unit and intelligent protection, measurement and control unit. Finally, the application of the system to electric railway lines in China is introduced.

Currently, the disadvantages such as high cost, poor durability and low reliability, have made fingerprint lock difficult to achieve marketization. A design scheme of micro fingerprint lock based on STM32F103ZE is presented in the work. By using STM32F103ZE microprocessor, ATW310 fingerprint sensor and fingerprint matching algorithm, a high-performance and low-power consumption system for fingerprint lock is implemented. Experimental results indicate the system has a good prospect for engineering applications with low cost, small size, low power consumption, as well as high reliability and easy using.
