Jogo e brinquedo: reflexões a partir da teoria crítica

This bibliographical review, aimed at contributing to the thought on the role of games and toys in education, sees in the authors of the Critical Theory its main interlocutors. It brings forward part of the history of some toys and of the relationships among games, parties and rituals. It thus discusses the changes in the concepts, uses and meanings of games and toys and relates them to the increasing process of rationalization that has affected the Western World, these last centuries. Finally, it criticizes the mimesis found in the sacred rites and suggests its inclusion into the process of becoming aware of the present days phenomena.

Los Núcleos de investigación en Derecho y su impacto en la graduación

The main object of this study was to identify the contribution of the research in Unesc‟s Law course through the research nucleus. In this sense, the study‟s methodology was based on the analyses of the data, documents, the realization of interviews, surveys and the analyses of the teaching plans, pedagogical project and research nucleus. The study showed that teaching and researching, although inseparable, don‟t have a direct relationship. A formação dos professores universitários na Argentina: o papel das assessorias pedagógicas

O objetivo desde estudo foi compreender o contexto historico e o trabalho desenvolvido pelas assessorias pedagogicas na formacao dos professores universitarios na Argentina. A abordagem foi qualitativa e os procedimentos utilizados foram a analise documental e a entrevista semiestruturada. O locus foi duas universidades nacionais argentinas e os sujeitos foram os assessores pedagogicos das instituicoes. O estudo demonstrou que apesar da garantia legal, a existencia ou nao das assessorias e o grau de autonomia no desenvolvimento do trabalho, dependem do nivel de importância atribuido pelos gestores. Ha o reconhecimento do trabalho realizado, principalmente por parte dos participantes dos projetos de formacao. Embora possa ser considerado um avanco a existencia dos assessores na estrutura organizativa, os mesmos nao ocupam cargos concursados, gerando instabilidade. Da mesma forma apontam a dificuldade de sistematizarem seus conhecimentos pela falta de tempo, o que deve ser superado dada a importância do trabalho que realizam.
