The reduction in state interventionism, the author states, allows new organization forms in civil society, which represent an advancement to create a democratic culture in the battle against authoritarism. However, these organizations have few possibilities to be known through modern communication means. Radio, TV, and in a minor proportion, the newspaper, as they are controlled by antidemocratic forces, they handicap the opinions from the social sectors affected by neoliberals. With this, the opportunity of creating a true democracy is lost.
